-OOC RULES-
1. Future Techers will be seriously limited. You MUST get authorization from me before posting. If you have Modern assets, you'll be restricted to those. (The exception for reason of the "Big Threat" are the Zircon.)
2. Try to keep the WMDs to a reasonable level...
3. I hold final decision in all arguements. You don't like that? Stay out of Earth 11. ^_^
4. All land grabs will have to be cleared with me, and you'll have to deal with the RL Nation(s) in control of that land. All troop movements will have to be RPed.
5. The Zircon ain't your friends, folks, unless your forces decide to be subservient and try to get land by working with the aliens. ^_^
