In what he considered to be the largest prank in history, Emperor Kalak of the Dominion of Incantare Beliarh recently ordered the exportation of millions of fire extingushers filled with NAPALM!!!!
The inevitable result was that massive fires raged unchecked throughout his neighbooring countries.

Emporer Malkite of Ulntra condems this action of terrorism and sends 5,000,000 credits to help Incantare Beliarh's neiboring countries in rebuilding the things that where lost. Medics are also being sent in to help with what must be an overflow in the neiboring countries hospitals. Incantare Beliarh may cosider itself watched as Ulntra watches to make sure nothing like this happens again.
