IC:Hello my name is Verdelet ,Ciam....I have sent this trasmission to inform you of my current status i have just been elected by the peoples of the nation of Valaraku to lead them into a new era of honor and greatness although we are currently a small nation of 6 million citizens we will strive to improve.our main army will be made up of a android based "superhumans" at the current moment we only have a mere 351 but which each passing week there are 50-100 manufactured at our plants since our android army is at a bismal 351 troops there is a larger group of enlisted humamoid troops thats number is currently only 150,000 our navy has less than 76 ships and our air force have a lacking number of 53 fighters.
we do not wish to engage in war but will if prevoked on home soil
