I, The Empire of Digital Technology, have decide to re-establish the Citizens Defence Alliance (CDA) and I will do so with the help of Crookfur and any other old members that wish to be a part of CDA.

Since The Newer England has cease to exist, we need to rebuild the CDA.

Anyone willing to rejoin/join this alliance should post in this topic.

The Revised British Empire has great interest in joining such an alliance, we can strongly say that if we were accepted his Majesties Government would be very happy indeed.

You may join if the other members approve.

I'm very interested in joining the CDA, especially if your focus is on the technology/social developement features. I'ld definately like to join this alliance if you'll have me.

Edit: Oh I'm sorry I didn't relize there was a population requirement. We would like to be considered as a probate member. We are interested in peaceful resolution of combat situation and opening trade lanes.

So, who is now in command of the CDA? What do you intend to do now, where do we go from here? Things are quiet, too quiet...

well, I am in command at least under the rebuilding of the alliance. We need some more members.... So my intend was to get more members.

So....recruitment drive then? Well then we need to display some aspects and benefits of membership in this thread, or another one, and we need to give people positions of importance in the Alliance, such as Defender of Kittens or something like that etc etc.

well, It has been sometime since I last read the charter, but I think there are at least some positions of importance such as trade, defence ect.....

Anyway reasons to join the CDA:

It is kind of old although dormant for a long time so soem of the older antiosn will remember it and it carries some weight.

The CDA is in some ways similar to NATO but at the moment not so terribly huge or complicated.

The CDA while currently following a fairly open recruitment strategy does like to encourage its memebers to "up" their game in terms of RPing style.

The CDA is a fairly broad church as far as a political leanings go but obviously extreme or distasteful nations may have problems getting voted in.

And Finally

The thing about the CDA is that Crookfur is part of it!!!! ;)
