Embassies in the Phoenix Milita's capital of Phoenix, Arizona, have only been allowed in a very few cases, now The Phoenix Milita is opening it's doors to the international community.
New Lots Added!!!!
A number of lots have been cleared in the center of the city, and we have designated them for embassies. in order to qualify we must conduct a background check and you must agree to have a Pre-Fab Phoenix Militant Embassy installed in your capital.(some exceptions may be made)
Already most of the new plots have embassies on them so please request your embassy before it fills up. (Lot 15 must be filled before the other new lots open)

Rules for application:

1. Personnel/Vehicles: Nations may have as many as 400 embassy officials in their complex, and a maximum of 100 armed guards.(unlimited number of TPM citizens can be employed to work in your embassy) Transportation is limited to the following: Nations are allowed a maximum six vehicles (4 ton weight max) and three helicopters (size does not matter, unarmed only, armor ok.)


2. Weapons: Maximum bore diameter 11mm(.45 cal), no armor piercing rounds, machine guns, missiles, high-explosives or rockets. Weapons may not leave embassy grounds (except 5 pistols on the person of your ambassador's body guards). Maximum 100 armed guards.


3. Construction: Embassies will be custom built by the guest nation, or on request, Phoenix Dynamix Building contractors will design and construct your embassy. Maximum height allowed is 7 stories and 1 underground level (basement). Inspectors from TPM will monitor the construction closely to ensure no espionage devices are installed.


4. Legal Rights: We reserve the right to expel your nation's diplomats and close down your embassy at any time with 2 days notice for any reason. If any capital offense is committed against our citizens or foreign nationals by any of your embassy officials, a joint investigation will be conducted by neutral party, and the offender(s) shall be tried in the Phoenix Courts System. Other forms of diplomatic immunity will remain in effect. (can't be arrested for parking tickets, littering etc)



* Note all nations under 300 million population (or under 100 posts) must first get a consular office ( you will get a floor in the new consulate tower in position #1)

We will give you a .45 8 barrel gatling machine gun. 20 mm is anti-material at best and has no use as an anti-personnel weapon. I assure you the Militia will provide your Embassy as well as all of the other embassys with adaquade protection form land and air based threats.

We have decided on what vehicles we will be using for our embassy staff. 4 Black Suburbans upgraded with armor and firing ports for weapons. One Maybach 62 upgraded with armor and firing ports for weapons. One Maybach 57 with upgraded armor and firing ports for weapons. Now the helicopters. Two Sikorsky S-92's in Executive outfitting with armor upgrade and firing ports. One MH-60K helicopter (the special ops variant of the Black hawk with night flying equipment etc. etc.) with weapons removed and at each sliding door two mounts for CAR-22's.

I am the Prime Minister of London and Ireland, I would much like to take up your offer of building an embassy. As the protection of our own people is our first priority I would like to have a maximum amount of all military force and weapons at my base that is allowed by your above statements. We require 3 floors and one basement (the basement must be fitted as a shelter for officials during a national disaster or any other event that might arise). All facilities will be built by our own builders. Six vehicles will be required for the embassy. Our embassy security will consist of 20 Tokera Marines each armed one of the weapons listed below along with 9mm side arms and personal body armor.We would like to bring several armored vehicles and two unarmed civilian helicopters. As we have done a good deal of business lately, we would petition you for the #14 Lot that appears to be remaining on your map. If this location is still available, we would request a 5 story building (with a basement and underground parking facility for vehicles). Also, there must be room on top of the building for two helipads (able to handle medium size choppers) and one large helipad. However, i did review the information and it appears as though since our fine nation is under 300 million, we would have to accept a floor in the Consular Tower. If this requirement could be waived, then we would accept the embassy, if granted. And whats the Difference

If you qualify for an embassy you get a whole plot where you can build your own building with multiple floors. A consulate however is only one floor that you lease in a shared consulate tower located in plot number one. Once your nation grows large enough you can move from a consulate to an embassy.
