I can afford it, I assure you. My nation is in a time of need, and we are willing to pay a very high price.

Also, $6 billion does not go far...especially not for over 1,500 aircraft.

OOC: Where is this money coming from, exactly? Nations just have a couple trillion lying around (Unles you're extremely fortunate). Compared to the other offers which actually make sense, 6 billion is alot.

The money is coming from my nation's defense budget, which is booming after my takeover of Phoria and my current time of war.

The Empire of Aflsavistakistania is willing to spend a large percentage of our defense budget of $193 billion on your aircraft. This would include, of course, all of the necessary support contracts(for three years), along with transportation and training of our pilots. This is required as we do not have an air force currently, nor do we have the infrastructure. I'm sure though, that with some negotiation our terms can be worked out in a matter that is satisfactory for both parties. Thank you.

Note, I'll buy as many aircraft with my budget as I can, determining the cost of the airplanes as the final bid/number of airplanes. Then, I'll add $50 million for each airplane. :) That is, if you accept.

Although, you may stage a base on my nation to project your nation's power into the OSN region, with a guarantee though, that the force will be for defensive purposes.
