IC: We condemn the use of WMD's for non-defensive purposes

Hmmmm. What have we here. A nation attempting to shirk its agreement and harm vested Samtonian interests. And with WMDs!

I'll make this brief.

1. Agreements were made with the goverment of Pizzownage to make 400,000 acres of Pizzownage sovereign territory of Samtonian corporations, in exchange for the jobs going to Pizzownage citizens and favorable trade deals given to Pizzownage.

2. The deals were binding no matter what happened. if they wanted, the deals could be challenged in Samtonian courts and a new deal could be worked out by Pizzownage and Samtonia.

3. Pizzownage declared it a capital offense to work in the factories and threatened to illegaly seize the land. As such, Samtonia is now sending workers from Samtonia to operate the manufacturing plants and soldiers from Samtonia to protect the land, factories and workers,

4. Pizzownage was given a chance to negotiate. They decided to attempt to wage economic warfare against the factories and their mother corporations.

As such, any nation that aids Pizzownage in attempting to forceably remove Samtonians from this rightfully purchased Samtonian land is to be assumed to be aiding and abetting an enemy of Samtonia and will be dealt with as such.

We suggest no aid goes to Pizzownage to help wage war against Samtonia. Or we'll reply in kind, as will our allies. And you don't want to see our allies angry.

And now WMDs? There’s a right way and a wrong way to get that land back. The right way would be to try to buy it back. The wrong way-well, any WMD attack on us by your nation will result in total destruction of your nation. Read our sig. You don’t want to go there.

OOC: I really wouldn't take back the land now, it'll turn into a bloodbath, and Samtonia will likely glass you. My "Patriot"-style anti-ICBM missiles, Hellbolt, have a shorter range but better flight control. Sixteen to a launcher, 60km range. They've not been field tested, I've got a feeling they might be here.
The tanks are Soviet Bloc's, I'll find the thread in a bit. They're pretty cool.

This is excellent news, Pizzownage. The base will be small, housing no more than one thousand soldiers and thirty tanks, plus logistics and support personell, with a runway for cargo planes. Location is of course at your discretion, and construction will begin immediately if it is your wish. We invite a similar base in Slaytanicca, although of course understand if the current situation does not allow you this luxury.

We stress to all nations that we wish to remain freindly to Samtonia. The base is provided to protect Pizzownage, not for aggressive action.

OOC: The gas is totally covert. Delivery will be made with the construction materials. The Hellbolts are pretty open, although we're not going to advertise it.

As for you Slaytanicca, if we so much as imagine you are making moves towards our territory, your nation can join Pizzownage in their grave. The base will be tolerated, but no less then 30 km. away from the surrounding DMZ.

Also note taht any attack on us by WMDs will be considered an attack by all nations in any way allied with Pizzownage. This means full repercussions to launching a war yourself.

You would do well to review your threat. We have no wish to see war in Samtonian Pizzownage, and our base is as much to prevent Pizzonian attack as aggression from you. While we firmly believe this land belongs to the people of Pizzownage, we hold that your corporations are entitled to appropriate compensation for their loss.
In addition, we believe your previous reactionary statement was uncalled for. It is perfectly natural that a Communist nation would disallow working for an external corporation; it is within the ethos of the government, and not a direct slight at yourself.
Your factories cannot be hugely efficient so far from your homeland, and resources, and Pizzonage would be well entitled to charge you tarrifs for encroaching on his airspace. Selling the land back to Pizzownage would not only be a great show of charater to the world, it would probably be in your economic interests.

Whilst the PRNEK looks coldly upon exploitative profit corporations taking away the rightful produce of the Proletariat, we feel that we must play devil's advocate here from a legal point of view. Pizzownage legally agreed to the deal of providing 400,000 acres to the Samtonian corporations, and any decision to the contrary would be renigging on a legally binding deal, allowing Samtonia every right to start a war.

We suggest that Pizzownage step down their threats, and that they are more careful about choosing their trading partners in future.

it is changed and no troops will be tolerated and the nation of Russia holds no WMDs though the nation of Pizzownage does, for defensive purposes only,also the current proposition of the repaying of the Country that held factories in Pizzownage's lands and until that has either been successful or a failure no attacks will be made on the occupied territory in Pizzownage.

The Dictator sat in his office chair at his Royal compound pondering the Pizzownagian Situation. Dictator Paul 'The Mad' Silver realized he needed up to date information but could not risk being detected. He then realized his new Aurora Spy Planes would be arriving soon. With there 20,000 km range they would be perfect. Being the most stealthy planes in the world, flying at 132,000 feet and at Mach 6 beyond Sam and Radar detection they would be perfect to monitor the situation. Plus 500 would be arriving shortly. The Dictator decided to call General of the Air Force Tom Caldron.

"Tom, Start Hourly Aurora Flights Over Pizzownage immediately." Ordered Paul.

"Right away once the planes arrive sir." Was the Response of General Caldron.

Chief Advisor: Directing toward the Miltary Advisor. "Shut it you power hungry mongrel." He then turns to the Emporer. "Something seems plenty wrong about this whole situation. It doesn't seem like each of these 'communist nations' in this region with the dispution is it's own nation. I think they are protectorates of some kind."

Emporer: "Noted. But do realize that we will be trying to keep the peace of it comes to terms that we have to deploy." He stands up and walks to the window. "We will not be attacking anyone while we are there. Just stopping people from assaulting the factories that are owned by the Samtonian government." He waves his hand in the air. 200 Golencian Marines and 3 Troop Carriers land on the Pizzownage Coast. As the Marines get off, construction workers follow. They build a large Fence around 1,000 Acres wide and 1,000 Acres length. The Marines secure the Perimeter and construction takes place on a Naval and Army Base.

Note: The military base set up is of peaceful nature and was cleared with the government of SROR and we are NOT protectorates of any nation though pizzownage is the client state of my nation

The first Slaytaniccan IL-76 landed in an airbase some 70km from Samtonian Pizzonage. The truck on board was to drive to the agreed location 30km from the disputed land with supplies. More trucks, workers, troops and bulldozers were on their way. The first perrogative was to clear and surface a runway, so construction of the base could begin in earnest.

Your missile defense launchers are being transported by naval troop carrier,
