My People,
I come before you with a heavy heart. It is my duty to announce that at approximatly 6:30 AM KST, our southern neighbor, the Holy Republic of Ineas, seized by force three of our defensive boarder positions along the Ineas Gap, which juts deeply into our homeland. We have recieved word that Kelgahr soldiers who have lain down thier arms to surrender have been executed by uniformed Ineasian military personnel. The Federation of Kelgahr cannot and WILL not stand for this. As of 7:30 PM KST, the Federation of Kelgahr declares war on the Holy Republic of Ineas. The Holy Minister of Ineas has been informed of this. I have already ordered a strike to reclaim our lost positions along the boarder. May our children forgive us for what we must now do.

Chellis supports Kelghar in his defense of his nation, and will send aid if it is wanted. We do wonder why he invaded, was it simply imperialism, or is there an underlying reason?

Honorable Chancellor,
This attack was carried out by seperatists in our nation attempting to spark war between our two nations for their own gains. I beg of you, do not fall for their treachery. The 15 Year War was the end of hostilities between our nations, and since then, we have enjoyed peace and prosperity. We have only a small defense force to guard our peaceful nation, nothing that could be used to invade your country. However, if your soldiers do invade our nation, we will strike back with all of our might, and we know that God shall protect us. Holy Minister

I can only wish your words were true. Recent reconissance flights have reveled your massive troop concentrations in the Ineas Gap and in the forests south of the boarder. Your lies in the years since the war are now painfully obvious. We cannot await to see what your next scheme shall be. Our armed forces have been put onto full alert, and have mobilized to eliminate this undeniable threat. Our entire population is prepared to fight, if need be. May your God help you then.

-Kelgahr Emergency Broadcast Band News Report-
At 3:38 PM KST a car driven by a religious fanatic under orders from the Holy Minister, political and religious leader of Ineas, was packed full of explosives and detonated by the Chancellor's motorcade, killing or wounding 6 bodyguards while wounding 23 civilians and killing 3 others. The Chancellor recieved light shrapnel wounds and is now recouperating at an undisclosed location. In retaliation, the 241st Infantry Battalion with support from the 108th Tactical Fighter Wing struck against Ineasian military camps near the boarder, winning quick victories against the poorly led enemy and gaining vast new industrial. The 108th went on to eliminate a small field-hospital and several offensive howitzer postitions.
