Random Kingdom,

We would welcome such trade with our trusted and valuable allies! Unfortunately, our IT sector is well-funded, our unemployed sector provides us with enough labour, and we have no need for preachers. Perhaps we could work something to our mutual benefit? In particular, we have need of food imports, as our home production is barely adequate.

With regards to weapon systems: (OOC: cut'n'paste coming../OOC)

We have several exceptional missile guidance and targetting boards, utilising fuzzy logic or learning networks, and the latest algorithms from our own deeply introverted mathematicians and programmers. Target aquisition, recognition, path finding, obsticle avoidance and IFF are second to no other system we have tested. Our boards are utilised in all currently manufactured missiles in Slaytanicca. Our current missile-defence system, "Hellbolt", has a shorter range than the Patriot at 60km, but improved flight-control and hit-to-kill. Mobile launchers hold sixteen such missiles. The system, however, does lack field testing.

Our hand-held SAM system has comparable range to the Stinger, and although a worthy replacement, is not sufficiently more effective to recommend. Our engineers can advise you on upgrading your current systems, if you desire. In addition, our mobile AA batteries are fairly weak other than our targeting hardware, although further developments are in progress.

Thacho Industries Slaytanicca produce a fine range of infantry weapons. The N5 "Hamburgler" is a three-barreled automatic "streetsweeper"-style ten-gauge shotgun, boasting a forty-round drum, more than adequate recoil supression and a fire rate of 300RPM. The thing is incredibly bulky but reliable, and widly used in the Slaytaniccan military. Another option is the N3 "Rager", a well-manufactered 12-gauge smoothbore pump-action shotgun.

The workhorse of our infantry is the N15 "Metalstorm" assault rifle, with dual-feed, two 30-round magazines of 7.62 M1943 shells and a fire rate of 800RPM fully cyclic. It comes with folding stock as standard. Our most widely-produced SMG, the N9 "Doomspitter" machinepistol, holds a 20-round magazine and fires 10mm rounds at up to 900RPM.

Our .50 cal sniperrifle, the N96 "Abacinator", is a bit of a dog. In particular, the sight is rather poor quality, and sight mountings can be damaged far too easily. We will of course advise you as soon as these problems are resolved.

Other weapons, such as ATs, RPGs, flamethrowers and grenades are also available.

We can supply kevlar body-armour with ceramic inserts, kevlar helmets with integral HF radio for short-range intersquad communication and built-in encryption, gasmasks and binoculars, nightvision and most else. All are mass produced - we take care to equip and train our soldiers well.

We will happily trade you supply trucks, personel busses, fuel tankers and the like. In addition, we have three tank hulls out of the prototyping stage, and would be greatful to offload some of the ST-21s we are shortly replacing.

Aircraft and Navy are lacking; we produce mainly old soviet designs, although we have become fairly efficient in this. New designs are in progress.

Slaytannica: We will set up a trade route to send our surplus food (because of slightly poor economy we depend mostly on agriculture) to your nation in exchange for your weapons. We can supply you with anything off the list. We're trading the N5, N15 and N9 at present with another nation, but production can easily be stepped up to accommodate. In addition, the "Metalstorm" and "Hamburgler" are workhorses of our army, and already produced in mass, so this shouldn't be an issue.
The Soviet Bloc ST-21 is being replaced in some roles by other tanks. We don't have distribution rights but can give you thirty surplus tanks as a gift, with the possibility of selling you some of our old hardware when the new designs roll off the lines.
If you're in need of aircraft or ships we can try to accomodate, although our line is very outdated.

We are straining for cash right now, so we'll do what we usually do in Random Kingdom - 'steal' the cash from the other budgets. The $327,169,939,103.28 Social Welfare budget will do, but don't take much otherwise the department will suspect foul play.

We will send the equipment in 1 NS Year - it will take time to collect the various machines and also a bit to send them. (The 1 NS year delay applies to everyone). The Military Grade Computers will be the best we can afford, with a branch of Random Linux(tm) installed as a default OS, but you are free to override it with your government's preferred OS.
