Oops this is supposed to be with my other nation Zanziik, but I guess I can just say that I have a modern tech Eugoria as well.

1. Eugoria is a temperate nation with warm summers and cold winters. It is mostly mountains in the west and north, but the east and south are both fairly level plains.
2. Minimum wage is $6.23 an hour, with benefits of 401(k), health and dental plans, 8 week pregnancy leave, 1 week payed vacation per year at least.
3. Eugoria is rich in only Uranium, though there is a small amount of copper and iron in the mountains that have been explored, although much more is thought to exist.
4. Eugoria is 47 miles to the south of New Zealand.

General climate- In the North Its Extremely Hot in the summer and warm in the Winter, while in the southern areas its fairly warm year round, to the West we have Mountains North Desert south and east are our coastal lines, which go from beach to Forest.
Corporate laws in existance-Minimum wage is $7.00 an hour, benefits include Mandatory Health Care and Dental Plans, vary oer company, Pregnancy leave for a minimum of 7 weeks

Eugoria, this is what we forsee for your country. We open factories, producing various goods. Textiles, wheat refining, automobiles- These are just a few. You receive favored trade status, we open up three duty-free ports, and all is well.

We get a guaranteed 1/10 stake in all mineral resources found in the mountains, as well as a 1/10 stake in all uranium within your borders, to be bought and exported to Samtonia, and a 1/10 share in any future discoveries of the mining nature. We also get even more Samtonian factories opened!

Golencia, here's what's going to happen with you. At least 12 arms production facilities will open, each employing anywhere from 150,000 to 750,000, with room allowed for growth. We sell all production to you at 1/3 the normal price, you gain many jobs and cheap state of the art weapons.

We get a 1/5 share in all uranium in your nation and a 1/10 share in all petroleum in your nation, as well as a 1/10 share in any future discoveries of the mining nature. We also get more Samtonian factories!

The Samtonian Factories...unless they all employ Golencians we do not feel comfortable with this....Can we make the 1/5 of Uranium anywhere from 1/7 to 1/10

Golencia, of course only your countrymen will work in the factories! If you read our code of construction/upkeep for all factories and buildings built by us, you'll find that not only 100% of all people on the production lines will be your citizens, 58% of the transportation jobs and 20% of all management jobs will go to your citizens. Suc a great deal for your people, with jobs for all skills and trades!

And we feel that possibly going in the middle of our offers and meeting at 1/7 for the uranium is an acceptable price for you to pay.

We have a deal

I like my deal, but since I have no need for any uranium at the moment, you may BUY as much of it as you like, at the current market price which I think is $47,000 per ton. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

1. General climate-Warm most of the year, with a cold front that moves in during late October, and leaves Early January. Very hilly, with several Cliffs as well. Sits on the edge of an ocean of the Western Seaboard Italy.
2. Minimum wage is 7.37 Kreukolians an hour, medical and dental plans. Maternity leave depends on job status, but generally 10 weeks.
3. Iron Ore, Natural Gas(Out the Yin-Yang), and Fish. Fish is almost a currency here
4. Western Seaboard of Italy (Sorry about not having a map :( )

OOC-Well, from what I've found online, it's about $19 USD per pound for the best uranium. On average, around $16 USD per pound for uranium. So, doing the math, we get...$35,273.96 per metric ton of uranium. Round to neaerst dollar for import fees and we get $35,274 USD per metric ton of uranium.

Upper Xen would like to begin trade relations with Samtonia-but we are unsure about what package to choose....as we are not exactly a small nation.

Here are some details.

1. Our general land types vary widely, we have cold deserts and steppes in the North and west, temeperate grasslands in the central areas, wet, semitropical climates in the south and some mountains in our Japanese and South-Central Chinese lands, plus a very tropical, rainforesty landscape in Hawaii.

2. We have a government based pension to supplement a standard 401(k), Social Security, some tax breaks and subsidies for major industries (like defense, banking, and agriculture), legal unions (white and blue collar), relatively few antitrust laws, and a National Health Service (no HMO's), plus a minimum wage of 7.50 Xenthalers per hour (equivalent to about USD$10.95 per hour). Firing is to be done with a reason, and we allow strikers to demostrate only in designated areas (not in streets). Work hours are a 5 day workweek with 9.5-hour days.

With all this flowing in and the arms your country will have obtained, you will certainly prosper. All we ask is a 1/10 share in all future mineral discoveries, a 1/12 share in your natural gas findings, and 250,000 acres of land to build the various factories and harbors on.

"It's a Deal. We feel that much of these provisions are fair, and reasonable. Tariffs on Samtonian goods will be reduced to 3.5% and tax breaks of up to 3.5% will be extended to Samtonian companies to meet the provisions of the deal. Our main stock exchanges are the Hang Seng Index and the Nikkei.....Samtonian companies can list their quotes on those markets. We hope this will meet our end of the bargain."

OOC: Do I have to alter my nation via the issues menu to match the requirements, or is this merely RPed?

General climate: Cold. Absolutely frigid during the winter, in the summer, a "heat wave" is any time the temperature is over 55 degrees Fahrenheit for more than 3 days. It's dark all year round. In the winter, the sun doesn't rise because of how far north Callisdrun is, and in the summer, the sun is obscured by the constant thunderstorms. It's very mountainous, with fjords on the coast. Corporate laws in existance: Very strict corporate laws. Very high minimum wage, top level executives are allowed to make no more than 15 times the income of their average employee after taxes. Heavy tarriffs are in place against all nations except ones that have been deliberate exemptions. Health care, etc. is free. Almost all workers belong to some union or another. Very few chain stores and restaurants exist.

Natural resources: Iron, lumber, fish (extremely high levels), various kinds of stone, various metals.

Dominant industries: Book publishing, Ship building, fishing, music, pornography, among others.

Approximate location of country: The far far north.

We would like Favored Trade Status, for now. Obviously, if granted, your country will be exempted from many of our tarriffs.

Ok, but how much would money would I gain a year? Thats my main focus.

You have a deal. Tax rate on goods will now be lowered substantially from 6.3% down to 4.87%. The land is yours, but I would like to haggle a bit on the mining if I may. Can you do 1/12? If not, then I guess I can handle it for awhile. :)

Ramissle, we would guess Samtonian purchases of minerals would at the very least increase expoonentially, to the power of four. You stand to gain something like 100 times the amount of money we currently pay you for minerals, so something to the tune of an extra trade surplus of 3 to 4 billion USD per year.

1. The General Climate is just barron desert. There are a few areas with hills with grass bu mostly desert. There are rather massive mountains in the west, but they are to far from any industrial center, maybe you could build factorys near them to jump start the area.
