Our sparcely populated country does not have the budget for very expensive weaponry, but needs some defense of our socialist ideas. we are only asking for simple small arm and medium range artillery. cold war surplus would be greatly appreciated.


Our Defense budget is rather small but needs to equip 142,000 ground troops, fully supplied. also, 200 medium range artillery units would be sufficient in defense of our motherland.

You have weapons, but all too expensive. I am looking in paticular for semi automatics and bolt-action rifles, and 200 mobile artillery units, along with supplies for 142,000 men.

Maybe I am the only one who sees a problem with this, but...

does this mean your entire armed forces is fighting naked with cheap pistols riding in old trucks?

I know where your coming from, though. But, our country demands a military, but does not want to pay for it...

this budget has to last for us for 6 more years, and i'm trying to buy as cheaply as possible.

our terrain is mostly mountainous and hard to maneuver, so close range combat is definetly not a problem.

The CISR will donate 4 800 bolt action rifles, these were used by cadets and have been maintained very well, and have seen little use.

We can also donate as many as 102 860 SKSm sharpshooter rifles. These are based on an improved SKS, tweaked far much greater accuracy.

Lastly we can donate and train pilots and crews for as many as 24 fighter or attack aircraft. We can offer F-20 Tigersharks, A-37 Dragonflys, Mig ATs and F-34 Mosquitos.

a towed artillery canon would run about $600,000, so at least twice that for a mobile one.

Chellis can sell 100 Caesar mobile artillery pieces for 15m(This is a well marked down price, normally they are $500,000 a piece).

As for weaponry, we are willing to sell 100,000 G3a3's to your nation for 20m dollars, or 200 dollars each. These are mostly captured weapons, hence the low price, but every one has been checked and works well, replacement pieces were put in if anything was below standards.

As a courtesy, we would also like to send $12m dollars to your nation, for its military budget. We would like to create an embassy in your nation and create ties, and hope this gift will help solidify a bond between the two nations. An alliance between our nations is even a possibility.

I have spent so far: 16,840,000, and i am willing to spend at the most 5 million on the MCC and 2500 on the rifles, and to save the rest of my budget for an actual case of war.


I thank all of you who supplied my nation with the equipment it needs to defend itself.

after getting out of a brutal war ar hard costs, the country has been left with 1/6th of it's land now enemy owned, all near the 1 outlet to the sea.

Although you may not wish to start a navy just yet, the Republic of Ancient Terra would be willing to provide you with three refurbished Romeo-class SS's and one slightly used Kilo-class SS, free of charge. These vessels have been in drydock for nearly 10 years now, and would otherwise be converted to relatively useless scrap metal. If you'd like them, they are yours.

Those ships would be useful for the defense of our single warm-water harbor, thank you.


Update: It seems i overestimated my budget, for our economic strength is not the greatest, about 34 to 1 USD.

Im afraid the MCC and 5000 special forces will not have equipment, for our last 10 mil must be saved for the case of actual war

Chellis can supply 5,000 Famas G2's with red-dot scopes for free, as well as a large amount of 5.56mm ammunition, for the special forces. A number of silencers for the Famas's will also be sent.
