Due to the pressure of the NWO the Macabee Government will again hand over power in Spain to ViZion. The two million men will make their way back to their homeland, as well as the naval task force there. This was part of an agreement that should Spain ever be threatened it would be given back.

ViZion is preparing to send troops into Spain for its defense in the case of an invasion.

Spain is under the joint protection of the NWO and its members, not just my self.

The United States of Canada's Department of Defense is willing to aide our allies in protecting Spain for invasion in the future. If accepted, we'll ride our tanks and land our men into the country with consent from our ally-in-arms, ViZion.

OOC: It was handed over to me, sold to Maca, and after multiple threats, handed back to me. It us/is under the control and protection of the NWO, not just me, however.

Obviously peace and stablility in Spain is paramount, and so therefore as our duty towards both NWO and the people of Spain, we will be establishing permanent military bases in Spain and will begin the transportation of divisions immediatly. This is purely for the defense and well being of the spanish people.
