In the Istanbul, in the embassy section
It was a quiet morning; all the Ambassadors were just getting up and go about their daily business in the embassies, then at 9:00 a.m. a massive explosion engulf the entire area where the Embassies are resident. The shockwave of explosion were felt thought out Istanbul. After the all the dust settled, the entire embassies section of Istanbul was left in ruin …all the embassies were blasted away or were falling apart…search teams were to look any one who made it out alive.
These were the embassies in the Embassies section; you can rp your envoy making it out alive or got killed.
OOC: I am not behind the bombing of the embassies section. Someone can take credited for it.

The Sultan order a lockdown in Istanbul, local police forces out in the street sitting up check points thought the city to prevent who ever done this from getting out.

We would like to offer any aid that we could give to the crisis and we would also like to find out who is at fault for the bombing.

The German ambassador weakly lifted himself up. He put his hand over his head and felt blood on it but was to tired to care. He walked lazily across the debris of what was the German embassy. He found some Ottoman police officers searching through the other destroyed embassies for survivors.

"You idiots I am here! What kind of cheap security do you offer? For God's sake an entire area hosting foreign embassies was blown up!" yelled the German ambassador.

The German ambassador weakly lifted himself up. He put his hand over his head and felt blood on it but was to tired to care. He walked lazily across the debris of what was the German embassy. He found some Ottoman police officers searching through the other destroyed embassies for survivors.

"You idiots I am here! What kind of cheap security do you offer? For God's sake an entire area hosting foreign embassies was blown up!" yelled the German ambassador.
"Sir,please relax."said one of the Officers
"We getting a medic for you,just sit her"said the Officers as led him to waiting Police car.

Gina Hwang, Ambassador to Ottoman Khaif, was staggering, barely able to keep her balance.

She felt a sharp pain in her side.......and her gut, and pretty much everywhere else. At least she could see.....and what she saw was unwelcome.

She saw the Xenizen embassy was in shambles. Though the structure itself was still standing, the front, and several section were a mass of rubble....rubble that, along with the detritus form the other embassies, had tore up much of the complex. She saw injured bodies being carried away by Ottoman paramedics, Ottoman policemen directing traffic and keeping order, and people frantically cleaning up, all confused.

"F**k," she went. "What happened...."

She stumbled towards an Ottoman policeman. She said: "Help me.... and tell me what the hell is going on."

“How the hell can this happen!, I going to have real pain now with all the nations that had their embassies bomb!” said Sultan Suleiman Al Bashir II

“Well there were two checkpoint to get in the embassies section of the City, they had over 40 policemen at each checkpoint. Those were only two point of entrance to get into the embassies section. They had scanning systems to find any type of bomb, or any type of NBCs.,” said Head of Ottoman Intelligence- Khan Noonien Singh

“Well they couldn’t got any from the air, we always kept a watch for air traffic heading or outgoing of the embassies section.” said Chairmen Head of the OI Pavel Chekov aka Bester

“I said it was inside job someone in those embassies wanted this to happen.” said Department head of the Ottoman Intelligence –Sloan

“How sure we can be of that?” ask Sultan Suleiman Al Bashir II

“Not entirely sure, we should make a list of suspects and assign OI agents to check out the these suspects” said Department head of the Ottoman Intelligence –Sloan

Premier Boris Chlevenkov read the report, he set it on his desk as he let his eyes close. He set his elbows on the desktop and let out a deep sigh, resting his head on his right hand... "How many casualties?"

The aide spoke up, "Unknown, we don't know too much about it. Just that we have a lot of allies who's embassies were in there... And we were about to have an embassy there. The least we can do is offer our assistance."

Chlevenkov nodded, "Yes. If they allow it, tell them we can have some of our military in there within a half hour." He kind of perked up, "We have those emergency troops down in District XI (NW quarter of Turkey) don't we? They have a crisis management battalion don't they?"

The aide slightly nodded his head, "I believe so. Hell, Istanbul is within helicopter range from the 11th Expeditionary Fleet, they can deploy a few Marines, medical personnel and the like, including search and rescue specialists."

"Alright, get it done..."

The aide replied, "Will do." He turned and promptly left the Premier's office.

As an ally of Ottoman Khaif and as an ally of many of the nations affected by this deplorable act of terrorism, we offer our assistance to you and the nations affected. Our Eleventh Expeditionary Fleet, currently stationed in the Black Sea, can easily dispatch two hundred Marines, including medical and rescue personnel along with supplies and equipment to set up trauma centers in the region. Even more personnel could be sent from the mainland, although transit would take longer.

We await your decision.

Upon the transmission, HVC-03 helicopters and their SAH-24 escorts were preparing to take off from one of the 11th Expeditionary Fleet's marine assault ships. A total of 238 personnel were preparing for departure: 68 Military Police, 70 Rescue Personnel, 80 field medics, and 20 surgeons. They would wait for Ottoman Khaif's official response before lifting off towards Istanbul.

She waited for a paramedic to come.....and she prayed they would come quick.

She ran off a list of people who could have done this....the Moslem Army of Yunnan, the Katsujen-Ken/Aum Shinrikiyo Party in Japan, the HLF, the MLA.....who knows?

The list ran on and on......

"Yes? Oh s**t...you are joking me, right? F**k. More terroists?! Bombings in Ottoman Khaif? Damnit! As we aren't in enough trouble already."

He then hung up, and called the PR Office of the Home Department.

"Yeah, Carol.....put up a press release for me, will ya?"

Istanbul (XNS)- Today, at 9:00 AM, terroists attacked the embassy area of Istanbul today, killing an unknown amount of people. The bombing affected the embassies of many nations, and caused much havoc.

Home Secretary Wong expressed his sympathty to those Xenizens and all other foreign nationals harmed in the blast. He also said that he will help the Ottoman government "catch the killers, any way possible."

As Gina was lying on the paramedic's gurney, she went, "Thanks, doc, but its a small comfort.....damn terrorists....JESU-MARIA!"

She winced in pain then, then relaxed. "Oy....this is not a good day."

"I personally think it was Aum Shinrikiyo....bastards.......but who knows?"

"Sir,please relax."said one of the Officers

OOC- They're all Marines/Naval personnel, but they won't be armed... Combat personnel will remain behind (MPs).

Upon confirmation, the force, now only comprised of the field medics, rescue specialists, and naval medical personnel (including surgeons and nurses), clambered aboard four waiting HVC-03D helicopters on the deck of the RNS Karachaevo. After the group was secured within the confines of the four relatively large helicopters, fleet command gave the confirmation and they had permission from Ottoman Khaif.

Major Serj Artyukov flashed a thumbs up to deck personnel who quickly scrambled back into the climate controlled interior of the vast ship. Artyukov glanced to his copilot and gave a nod before returning his gaze to stare through the large HUD in front of him. His right hand gripped the collective as he nudged it forwards. The helicopter's twin turbines whined as the helicopter began its slow ascent. Artyukov pressed in the right foot pedal and swung the nose of the helo to face to the South-East, he nudged the joystick forward while simultaneously throwing the collective ahead. The nose of the helo dropped and it roared forward, the other three HVC-03s in tow.

Within a half hour they were approaching Ottoman territory, Major Artyukov spoke into his radio headset on an internationally recognized channel, "This is Soviet Bloc Helicopter MT-589-A2, HVC-03D Military Transport ferrying medical personnel to Istanbul to assist in rescue efforts in the area. I repeat, this is Soviet Bloc Helo MT-589-A2 heading for Istanbul to assist in rescue efforts. Requesting permission to enter airspace."


Upon receiving permission, the four helicopters quickly headed towards a landing position designated near the embassy area. The four HVC-03s touched down in a staggered diagonal line, their five-bladed rotors twisting to a halt and their turbines shutting down after a designated cooling time. Medical personnel poured out as the side and rear doors opened. Two UAZ-M mobile medical treatment vehicles (modified UAZs designed to fit within the berth of an HVC-03) were dispatched and a number of the medical personnel hitched a ride with them to the scene of the bombing. The rest of the personnel received rides from Ottoman rescue workers.

She twirled around, "Dmitriy! Unload the stretchers! Evgeniy, take the UAZ and set up the mobile station over there!" She pointed to what was once a nice little plaza but was now framed by rubble.

The two Navy petty officers quickly went to work while the bulk of medical perssonel and rescue workers filtered through out the scene, providing assistance where possible.

The second UAZ-M was set up in the street.

"Damn those Nazi bastards! They never wanted an alliance with the Ottomans and by bombing the embassies now they think the Emperor will cut off ties with the Ottoman government."

Out of all the bad things to happen that day, it began to rain. The downpour was hard and heavy. Making it hard for rescue teams to work.

At the time of the incident the Iuthian Embassy was relatively under-staffed; the security was relatively simple given the stable impression that the Ottoman Khaif government had impressed upon the Iuthian Government, the diplomats themselves were also limited as the need for top notch people was less important in this nation... the Iuthian government didn't need to impress this government any more then it already had done.

However, the Ambassador, Bill Oddie, was in the country at the time and was working on his latest report when it happened. It was all so sudden as with a ear popping boom the building caved in on the embassy, crushing the interior like a carton being ran over...

Being near the centre of the large blast, the Iuthian Embassy took large amount of the initial force from the explosion. From the outside little could be seen other then an extensive amount of half destroyed foundations and load bearing beams, now little more then rubble would give anyone the impression that an Embassy once stood here.

The few staff that were outside were now laying on the ground, motionless and limp. In the distances little could be heard other then the deafening sounds of sirens and car alarms... no screaming could be heard, no sign of life.

Clearly the damage had been done.

Only five minutes after the blast, the Iuthian Command Centre was informed of the incident and the atmostphere inside the Iuthian Diplomatic Corps was getting rather sombre. The last time something like this happened it was in Zvarinograd when troops from the Militant Rebels had used biological weapons of the Iuthian Embassy and had brutally killed the entire staff... now references were being made to the situation as the diplomats at home were slowly losing their cool over another incident where the IDC had been targeted.

"Just like old days, eh Mick?" a man in a dark suit stated. He was walking besides the somewhat infamous Mick Lakely, Iuthia's Foreign Minister and leader of the IDC. The two were heading towards a briefing quickly to get ready for a much needed communication. Already an emergency jet plane was enroute to the nation with both armed forces and diplomats, time was critical for various reasons.

"Not now Jake, I don't want the other staff to here comments like that, moral is critical at a time like this. What can you tell me about the latest information?" Mick wasn't in a good mood, Ambassador Bill Oddie wasn't the most famous Diplomat in Iuthia, but we was a good man and he once had dinner with the man's family.

"Well, to be blunt and brief Sir, it's looking like someone really dropped the ball on this one, it looks like all the embassies were tightly packed and the security failed to pick up the bomber before he took out the majority of the district... early reports are putting our people near the centre of that blast and our analysts are suggesting they are most probably dead with a 5% survival rate at best."

"Thats not good enough; how about the ETA of our jet?"

"Give or take another hour before they reach Ottoman Khaif, we won't be able to stop them from searching for sensitive information so we are going to have to take it on trust until our people get there... I don't like it myself, Sir."

"I don't like any of it... tell the others I'm going to be late, I've got a message to send quickly."

“This is intolerable. In three hours His Majesty will wake up; yes, the poor kid’s still got the ‘flu, but less than an hour after that, Parliament will open for the day. She pointed out a particular section: "This set of logs, from about six days before the attack, has our man Fakesh talking with a 'Mr. Wakizashi.' I think I know who that is......but if it is him, I must be mad, because Agents Thompson and Sten killed him. Or did they?"

The flight has been rough for the inhabitants who had to deal with the choppy weather which was giving the plane the wobbles as it sped towards it's location.

As soon as the Air Traffic Control at Ottoman Khaif had cleared the plane for travelling in their airspace and had confirmed the flight number, the planes speed was reduced so that they could make their way to the International Airport itself in the safest way possible.

The Jet then flew around the airport, getting into position for a final approach, the wheels came down and the relatively small craft landed on the second runaway before taxing out of the way so other planes could land and take off.

It was a reasonable enough model that it had it's own stairs built into the door, so before any servicemen could attend to the craft the Iuthian forces and diplomats were already leaving the plane, some of the Black Vipers already making calls for the hired trasportation to be sent in to pick them up.

Within minutes everyone was out and the cars were heading towards them. It was possible that the Ottoman Khaif authorities may have wanted to greet them, but time was of the essence so it would have to be within a few minutes before their cars arrived. Should they be delayed any longer the security forces were told to break up any conversation and continue their mission... force wasn't to be used of course, they could risk another incident and it was their nation afterall, but it would be concidered badly among the diplomats should they be delayed in their mission. Already this situation was hot enough as it is.

"...latest news on the Embassy Precinct Attack in the Ottoman Khaif.

Viscount Septimus Kavi, the Macisikani Ambassador to the Ottoman Khaif has been confirmed as alive and well in Istanbul. All embassy staff, including their families, have been accounted for.

Lord Kavir has told us that there would have been a substantial death toll had the embassy been fully staffed at the time of the attack; as it was, most staff were on leave or posted to the consulates while the Embassy underwent refurbishment.

The Ambassador-General's claim that the compound was mostly intact but structurally unsound appears to be correct; SecImpSec personnel have reported thousands of micro-fractures in supporting beams.

Meanwhile, Agent Thompson was sitting on a Xenizen Airways flight to Baku, studying the intellgence dossier hunched over with an uncontrollable Agent Sten nearby.

The cars arrived on time, allowing the group to leave the airport and get to the scene of the Iuthian Embassy ruins. The motorcade wasn't anything too class with just a few attractive cars being used for the trip, when they finally reached the distict they had to leave their vehicles after indentifing themselves to security at the board of the demolished area.

Having pre-arranged things the group was quickly allowed access into the area, carefully walking mostly on the remains of the roads which were covered in various bits of rubble left from the remains of nearby buildings.

After a short walk they arrived at the location... a large set of ruins where the floors had collasped into the lower levels, most likely crushing most of the inhabitants. There were only a few people on site, the area had been checked already for any immediate casualities who could be saved. But there wasn't much hope. The few survivors had been taken away for care, though they were in serious condition. What remained was a stone tomb for the others who had lost their lives here today.

Still, the tomb was Iuthian land and it had valuable documents in there somewhere. The Iuthian soldiers took their positions while half of the Iuthian Diplomats left to liaise with the officials of the Ottoman Khaif government.

Pounding the conference table Senator Ziller angrily tossed aside a casualty report. "By God, they'll fry...these people have attacked sovereign Hamptonian soil. Colonel, I want answers. If you don't give them to me, I will find someone that will."

While usually the Hamptonian Embassy would have been a buzz with fifty or more staff and employees, on King's Feast Day only ten Royal Marines and thirteen Foreign Ministry personnel were in the embassy. Eight had died in the blast with four others severely injured. By the grace of God, the Ambassador had left the Embassy compound not more than half an hour before the bomb detonated. For the past day small salvage operations have been taking place. Since the Embassy wasn't home to any sensitive or highly classified material, cleanup and reconstruction efforts could proceed at a leisurely pace.

As the Black Vipers remained at the site of the destroyed Iuthian Embassy, the diplomats made their way to meet with Ottoman Officials to get the latest information on the incident and to start their liaison duties.

In charge of the small group of "Diplomats" was a man called Mark Jameson (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v258/Iuthia/Characters/MarkJameson.jpg), he was from the latest generation of "Operation: Black Watch" trainees, now graduated and serving his time in the field for both testing and valuable training.

The man was dressed smartly, as were the other two aides which followed him towards the Department of Internal Affairs stepping carefully over pieces of rock and concrete from the demolished areas around them. They all looked incredably sombre and serious, which wasn't surprising given the circumstances of their visit.

Mark's training was from probably the most extensive diplomat training Iuthia had ever undertaken in recent years, his analytical skills combined with the teaching of petit-perception made him a relatively dangerous man. He could analyse the information given from the body language, the words used and the tone of voice from the person they were concentrating on to determine their mood and possibily if they are lying about anything, though it was hardly perfect. This, along with other training helped him conciderably in his job.

Now he and his aides reached the building and entered, walking into the reception area.

"Hello, I'm the Iuthian Diplomatic Liaison I beleive you were expecting me." he stated calmly.

“Please come with me, the Head of Ottoman Affairs is unable to meet with you.” Said Bester as has led him to the conference room. When they came to the room and were settled in, Bester began to speak “We many lends to who did this attacks, we currently following one of our led. Artemis said "Alrighty then Yu....here is the plan. We will obviously try to spy on Oda's cult....I propose an observation of one of the cult's meetings, particularly if one of the higher-ups is speaking...they have a tendency to speak in code...but that will usually point to some major event they are planning. They'll then probably mix that with hate rhetoric and riddles, plus some electric shock on the side."

There, zombified-looking men and women in white robes, with EKG nodes on their heads, were doing an eerie chant and waving their hands up and down, lead by a man with a turban and a blue robe who spoke in tounges. Those who faltered were being shocked, and winced. The robes were in sick parody of the Bhuddist faith, something that sickened Artemis when the gang arrived at the scene.

The man with the blue robe turned to Liu. "Ah Yes! Welcome, No. 456."

Liu/No. 456 then proceeded to walk around and ask the agents all the same question.

All were chanting, "Ia! Ia! Chutulu fhtagn!" They began to grow faster and more rapid in their unholy cries, until they began to collapse.

Then they got up. The man in the blue robe went: "Now, Nos. 789-799, you must prove your valor to us. There is much to do."

He handed them each a tanto dagger, covered in odd runes and the Katsujen-Ken symbol: "You must prove your loyalty."

He turned to a cultist. "Bring out the Lost Souls!"

The cultist pulled out a cage. Inside was a horrifying sight: several zombies, created by Headcrab assault, the foul creatures still latching onto their victims.

The man in the blue robe went, "You must kill every one of these Lost Souls, and relieve their pain, uusing the Daggers of Victory."

The man then yelled, "Open the cage!"

The cultist did as told, and the zombies began to march in a slow, deadly manner, moaning and swiping at the air.

Agent Artemis thought: "Holy shit."

She then drew her dagger, and got ready to put her combat training to good use.

"Well lets get readly to kick some living dead ass!"said Yu

Cups were passed out, some chalices to the more well dressed men, and paper cups to the regulars. Then, several men were dragged out of a sack.

No 790/Thompson picked up the camera, and began to film the event. Several men with katanas surrounded the policeman, and began to chant.

We have been given the oil storage units to destroy......so we will be going to 'work' disguised as storage workers. Once there, we will place our explosives, and work our magic. She then began to walk to where she put her ythings. She picked up a suitcase, opened it very ritualistically (to avoid detonating it), and began to sort through some things.

She began to pick out things like a XP-25 VLe pistol, some flashbangs, some stun darts, and other spy gear, and sort them out.

The other Xenizen agents, who were standing around before, began to organize their own personal armories, and gadget sets.

The Ottoman Agents began getting their items ready for the upcoming Operation against the cult for good of the world.

Agent Artemis, and the Xenizen agents worked feverishly through the night to prepare their tools.

The general consensus among the Xenizens was this. It was a refinery, so no grenades-with the exception of flashbangs. Also, try to limit it to pistols and light small arms, something concealable. At least .45 caliber. The watches would be nice. And any other portable death-devices they might have had.

They knew that the Assasin would be doing a lot of damage, so they could afford to hang back and get a little sloppy. Still, they had a job to do, and they were to do their utmost.

They would be contacted in the morning by the cultists, and given the signal. The cultist probably assumed that they would be staying at a local hotel, so they probably had a good number of phone nuimbers bnooked.

Agent Artemis also noted that Oda had delivered the plan himself. Usual grandstanding nature. Still, it was troubling. Could he have other cells in the Ottoman Empire?

Artemis called in a Blackhawk helicopter to pick up the Agents and birng them to Baku...there, they would get their stuff, and return home for debriefing.

Before she went, she poked Oda's corpse. She checked for scars, particularly a scar alongside his throat from a tracheotomy he had, years ago as a youth, and a tattoo that said, "Jesus is coming, look busy," and even took fingerprints. Running them through her wrist watch computer database, all were confirmed positive. It was the man himself, and he was most certainly dead.
