To protect our people, the Government of San Lucia is interested in buying enough Military Arms and equipment (preferably German) to equip two modern Field Armies (200,000 men). My associates and I only wish to spend a maximum of 1 billion Euros to equip this force. Thank you for your cooperation on this matter.
