In regards to the interest rates, our rates are flexable. Most of the basic loan packages lie on a simple 3.5% rate. However, interest rates for extended loans (our advanced packages) rely on a "money-at-hand" set-up -- a fair rate is applied to the loan based on the amount of the loan's value versus the repayment time-frame that has been established.
