Of course, The Most Serene Republic of Lord Ganja always stay open to trading, especially if The Great nation of Slaytanicca has goods or services we could make use of.
We are at the moment researching and looking to buy so called "smart chips", namely, controller cards for rockets, missiles, robots and smart bombs with hardware on-board AI for precise targetting.
Since we are at the moment upgrading our military equipment and have currently selected aircraft, tanks, ships and the sort all we now need is more effective infantry weaponry and equipment.
At the moment we are looking for a standard assault rifle/carbine to equip to our standard troops, SMG's and assault shotguns for our Urban Warfare-units and precise, silent and high-powered sniper rifles for our recon teams.
AA and AM systems are also of interest since what we have now is merely stingers, Anti Missile defence of the Patriot sort would be very interesting indeed.
If you have these goods or the knowledge in how to produce them, we would gladly trade production rights and/or hardware for the nucleus material you need.

We do, however, need you to specify if you want the raw uranium or our highly enriched plutonium.

Please note that in case payment would be in currency, you might find that our uranium comes at a slightly higher cost than our competitors, this is due to the extreme abundance of selective and heavy isotopes in the nucleus core.(separate factsheet of this may be sent for.)
This makes it up to 30% more effective in modern CX3-type reactors as burnout is raised by atleast 22%.
The more complete burnout also shortens the half-life of the radioactive waste by as much as 7% compared to industry standard radiation charts.

We will not be requiring enriched plutonium - our own facilities are adequate for such tasks. We are hoping to aquire a stockpile for our power supplies, as our nation is highly dependent on such. We are happy to hear of the further refinements you have made to your supplies, and hope this will be the boon we expect to our disposal program.

We have several boards we feel will fit your purpose, utilising fuzzy logic or learning networks, and the latest algorithms from our own deeply introverted mathematicians and programmers. Target aquisition, recognition, path finding, obsticle avoidance and IFF are second to no other system we have tested. Our boards are utilised in all currently manufactured missiles in Slaytanicca. Our current missile-defence system, "Hellbolt", has a shorter range than the Patriot at 60km, but improved flight-control and hit-to-kill. Mobile launchers hold sixteen such missiles. The system, however, does lack field testing.

Our hand-held SAM system has comparable range to the Stinger, and although a worthy replacement, is not sufficiently more effective to recommend. Our engineers can advise you on upgrading your current systems, if you desire. In addition, our mobile AA batteries are fairly weak other than our targeting hardware, although further developments are in progress.

Thacho Industries Slaytanicca produce a fine range of infantry weapons. The N5 "Hamburgler" is a three-barreled automatic "streetsweeper"-style ten-gauge shotgun, boasting a forty-round drum, more than adequate recoil supression and a fire rate of 300RPM. The thing is incredibly bulky but reliable, and widly used in the Slaytaniccan military. Another option is the N3 "Rager", a well-manufactered 12-gauge smoothbore pump-action shotgun.

The workhorse of our infantry is the N15 "Metalstorm" assault rifle, with dual-feed, two 30-round magazines of 7.62 M1943 shells and a fire rate of 800RPM fully cyclic. It comes with folding stock as standard. Our most widely-produced SMG, the N9 "Doomspitter" machinepistol, holds a 20-round magazine and fires 10mm rounds at up to 900RPM.

Our .50 cal sniperrifle, the N96 "Abacinator", is a bit of a dog. In particular, the sight is rather poor quality, and sight mountings can be damaged far too easily. We will of course advise you as soon as these problems are resolved.

Other weapons, such as ATs, RPGs, flamethrowers and grenades are also available.

We can supply kevlar body-armour with ceramic inserts, kevlar helmets with integral HF radio for short-range intersquad communication and built-in encryption, gasmasks and binoculars, nightvision and most else. All are mass produced - we take care to equip and train our soldiers well.

We will arrange with shipment of the desired quantity of uranium, our loaders are as we speak moving the containers out from the mine storage, but we must have the exact quantities you require.

We are also sure that you will find the enriched material perfect for your needs, since the radiation values are quite lower when 'burnt out' and as such is much easier to handle for final storage.

In a meeting with the Defence Department I was personally given the suggestion that we get serveral of each kind for some live testing with our own Deadly Eagle robots and then specify exactly what type of board we would have most use of.
We are willing to trade 12.700 m3 of enriched plutonium for exclusive production rights soley for our own needs(as in; you have the exclusive right to distribute) of the chip/chips we find to suit our needs best

The Hellbolt missile system sounds promising and we are very interested in a demonstration, since we have several test areas for artillery and ballistic missiles, maybe a combined test of the Hellbolt and a range of controller chips for our Deadly Eagle would prove useful?
You can, of course, bring several technicans for a review of the systems 'in action'.
Please add suggestions or comments if this seems like a promising solution.

I will also request a shipment of 20.000 'Hamburgler' shotguns, 20.000 'Doomsplitter' SMG's for our urban warfare troops.

Can the N15 be fitted with laser targeting systems(for laser guided missiles/bombs), grenadelauncher and/or shotgun addons?
If that is the case, another 60.000 units would be very welcome.

Now for some questions,

Does the N96 .50 cal rifle work well with supressors for muzzle flash and sound?
In that case we are also interested in more information about the design, as in; is it a bullpup or ordinary, lenght, weight and range.

As for body-armour and other equipment, we use the Swedish -90 series for our needs but we will concider your goods when an upgrade is planned.

The possiblity of exclusive production rights will have to be debated at length here in Slaytanicca. It is an uncommon practice in our nation, and we prefer such technology to be freely available. Of course, you may begin production of a board, processors and supporting chips of your chosen design while such talks are underway, if you wish. We are optimistic that you will find a board to suit your purpose, as the function of many sets is abstract, and thus flexible in actual application. Targeting, tactical awareness and assesment and control are all handlable. We can demonstrate both concrete uses and transparency of application of a range of our latest military boards. We will also, if you wish, demonstrate the effectiveness of the Hellbolt on a variety of popular cruise and ballistic missiles. Would you wish such a demonstation be made on our testing grounds or your own?

We apologise for the oversight; the N15 Metalstorm is fitted in Slaytanicca with grenade launcher and side-mounted bayonet as standard. A shotgun addon has been talked about, but not properly developed at this time - we can develop such independently or with your nation if you wish. The mounting of targeting and range-finding lasers should not be a problem, and tests are being made at present.

Twenty thousand each of the N5 Hamburgler and N9 Doomspitter are being palletised as we speak, ready for shipment. We will happily supply you with three hundred rounds of ammunition apiece as a gift to your military.

The N96 Abacinator is 135cm long with 68cm barrel, weighs 42kg, and has an effective range of 1900m. Stock is standard, ammunition is .50 BMG. As we have stated, there is a problem with the sight at present which should be fixed within four months. A further two months will be necessary before production can begin. Supressors are fitted as standard.

As regards trade, our agricultural and mining sectors are barely adequate for our needs, and we would always welcome further sources in these areas to safeguard our people. If you are unwilling or unable to trade in these areas, perhaps a technology trade could be mutually beneficial.

The exclusive production rights is not a demand, as we wish to stay on a friendly basis with the Great Nation of Slaytanicca.
Evaluation of the Hellbolt is very welcome on our soil since we have mining complexes that are no longer in use and thus perfect for target practice.
But I will discuss your offer for testing on your ground with the officers involved.

In that case, 60.000 units of N15 Metalstorm fitted with both the grenade launcher and the bayonet would be much welcome, the shotgun modification is not a necessity since we(with your great help) plan to arm our UW-troops with the streetsweeper you manufacture.

What we sadly forgot to mention in previous letters was the order of extra magazines.
80.000 SMG clips and atleast 120.000 N15 magazines should be perfect for ammunition reserves.

As soon as the sighting issues are dealt with, we would be very happy to field test two or three Abacinators for evalutation and possibly equip our anti-materiel troops with around 750 N96.

We are always willing to trade if the share is fair, but we are sadly very limited to mining trade since we have very little soil that has not been contaminated by the mining.
As it is now, we have to import both food and daily supplies except water, which we filtrate.

As for the ammount of uranium, we have huge stockpiles and as we speak the first 12.000 m3 are transported from the silos to our old but sturdy Herkules aircrafts for transport when you see fit.

Since we will now be depending on Slaytanicca for compatible arms and equipment, we feel its a resonable idea to work out a continiuing plan for trade.
In that case, we would supply Slaytanicca with a constant supply of uranium for your reactors and trade that to either hard currency, materiel or whatever we both see fit.

Perhaps we could commission a unique version of your chosen board and all IC components to ensure the integrity of your weapon systems? Talks are still underway with Psychodyne Systems and the individual developers regarding exclusive construction rights, but a special version would guarantee them.

We will be happy to oblige your request for additional magazines. Half are available now and will be included with the shipment of arms, the remainder will be shipped over the next two months. The shipment will be made by IL-76 to a location of your choice. We are also happy to send you five evaluation copies each of Psychodyne boards T1000, T166, T520, T286 and TC64, all top of the range learning and pattern recognition boards but with slightly different approaches. We hope you will be impressed, and that at least one will fit your needs. Twelve developers are willing to travel to Lord Ganja to demonstrate the boards and advise you of integration with your systems, if you desire. Two mass-produced N96s and two altered N96 Abacinators, prototypes of the modifications we are making, will also be sent. Two Hellbolts will be shipped to you, if you wish, along with demonstration targets; such will be made by troop naval transport.

Excelent idea, we will of course show our full gratitude by offering extremly good rates on our stockpile of nucleus.

That will be more than sufficent, somewhere around 20% of the requested arms will be stored in case conscription is necessary.

The best place to conduct tests and evaluate the boards would certainly be Arsonist Airbase at the following coordinates CCF-scale: Z:112m22, X:392m44 and Y: 812m88 where the landing strip will also suit the largest transport aircrafts avalible today.
Set your radar beacon to 1233 mhz and we will recognize your aircraft and escort it to the airbase.
Facilites for testing and sleeping quarters for twelve visitors plus pilots and other crew will be made avalible at the base and restricted access ID's will also be made up on arrival.

Our deep apologies for the misunderstanding, at the Atomic Department of Lord Ganja we sadly missed the facts of the agreement, we will make sure this will not happen again.

As for for a monthly buying plan, this is very possible and also a good start of the continius trade of goods between our nations.
As for the means of payment we are very flexible, both hard currency, arms, supplies or other materiel, civil or military can be agreed on.
As for our needs, we lack the ability to produce food enough to supply our people and are as such looking for agriculturally strong nations for a food-for-uranium-program.
