We concur with our ally Hallad on this matter. Should Imperial Puerto Rico not back down and continue with it's threats of unjustified war, we will aid the SovietRepublicofRussia in their defense. In view of the increasing military deployment by the opposing sides, Dictator John Otto has enabled the use of the Jeorgia Air Force ( JAF ) for a better patrol of the border, these air crafts shall patrol Jeorgian and Imperial Puerto Rican lands.

In the transit between both countries they shall remain only over allied air space or international waters. This measure has been created in order to insure that no other party will be grieved in the process.

A letter to the leader of the SROR from Dictator John Otto has also been sent, the messenger has shown no signs of agression, scaning of his cargo has been allowed in show that he goes in peace. The United States of Canada condemns the course of actions have taken place against the Soviet Republic of Russia by your military. We have high interest in the protection fo the Soviet Republic of Russia since currently we are undergoing inspects on their Weapons of Mass Destruction arsenal.
