Backround information: Another leading character in the war against the Allies. Commanded The Upper Congonian forces during the two uprisings against the country. Is popular with most people, and is slowly becoming a favourite between the Loyalists because of his mercy towards them.

I cast a vote for Joubert

Mr. Joubert, still in power says that the impending death of his government by the Allies will not stop him from doing what he thinks is right. They may land at his beaches but he will not stop fighting. They may take over the capital but then guerilla warfar rules all. We will not stop until the Allies are vanquished.

Before supporting one candidate or the other, Sliponia requests to know which is in more need: education or economy?

The economy is steady but it could be much better. The schools are very good but there are not enough in the Southern part of the Upper Congo.

The Election will commence in 5 days. Many people are still undecided but time is running out.
