Seeing troubled times ahead of us we wish to continue our policy of multi-diverse oil inks in case of rising oil prices, and therefore with that in mind perhaps if we invest once again in oil we shall not become to self-reliant.

Therefore my the government's decree we have decided to purchase
50 million of barrels a year in return for $500,000,000 a year

We would also like to possibly discuss trade links with your nation. Perhaps maybe several hundred tonnes of uranium and plutonium in return for oil.

The several ports located along the ports of Shengjin started to prepare the various sea veichles used for transporting oil, if the deal went ahead. From their they would no doubt depart of into the adriantic sea, and from their most likely head to the Ottoman ports for the goods.

Vermillion Marine of Communist Louisiana will be moving its Supertankers to the ports of Ottoman Khaif to help export the oil to any nations wishing to rent the tankers.

Depending on the amount of oil your nation is wishing to export and the size of the ships we are able to use are all different variables on the pricing of the tankers.
