No, this is not an alliance... it is also in no way, shape, or form a government organization. It is a private organization. Gov'ts may show and offer support (by funding, supplies, etc) but that's as far as it goes... Just clearing up a common misconception...

The IMF/Red Globe, or the International Medical Federation, was founded in mid to late 2003 as an organization based on offering humanitarian aid to ALL nations and ALL people, regardless of their leadership. The IMF/Red Globe ended up dieing off after a couple months of huge success.

The IMF/Red Globe is NOT an alliance. Rather, it is an organization similar to that of the Red Cross - Donations, doctors, etc working to better this world.

We are now reviving the IMF/Red Globe. We see this as a very important duty that must be done, and there are no organizations around at this time that are large enough to work across the globe.

The IMF/Red Globe wishes to be that organization once again. We aren't looking for member nations to join us. We are looking for nations who will support us, send us supplies, etc. We are also looking for top-notch doctors and scientists from all over to work with the IMF/Red Globe.

The IMF/Red Globe headquarters is currently being constructed in ViZion City, ViZion. ViZion will also be donating 45 modified 767's, and enough basic medical supplies to cover 50,000 patients per day for 90 days. ViZion is also donating $10 billion USD to help the IMF/Red Globe in starting up.

There are also 42 doctors and 38 scientists from ViZion who will be working to start off the IMF/Red Globe. We are looking for more, however! Whatever your nation can help to supply, including scientists and doctors, will be greatly appreciated!

We are also looking for nations who are willing to allow the IMF/Red Globe to set up bases in their nations.

This world needs an organization such as the IMF/Red Globe - help build it up and be a part of saving millions, if not billions, of lives!

Need Badly: Food, specialized medical supplies (for particular viruses, etc), lightly armoured vehicles (for when in a war zone), bullet-proof vests (for when in a war zone), top-notch doctors, top-notch scientists, bases (hospitals, labs, etc), people (transportation, etc)

The United States of Independent Hitmen would be more than willing to have a small base somewhere in the country (excluding military locations of course).

We feel that a base in South Africa would give the IMF a particularly good start as it would have easy access to the rest of Africa, whoom we all know are usually high on the list of people that would benefit from this sort of organization.

Several UH-1 Huey Helicopters along with $12billion in funding has also been set aside for this project, and several doctors and nurses have been recruited.

The Dumpsterdanian goverment has(after several brawls) decided to donate some ex-military equipment to the IMF

The Royal Dumpsterdanian Navy will be donating two of its hospital ships with full complement of doctors and nurses. There helicopters, six-teen SeaKing S&R will remain on-board with their crews.

The Dumpsterdanian Armed Forces have donated three-hundred out-dated RH51 RHINO APC's, all of these have been converted into either ambulances or supply carriers.

And after some severe fights between the supreme commanders of airforce and armed forces the airforce has been ordered to donate the following;
Six Hercules transport planes and twenty-six Zebas Skycranes, both with full complement of pilots and ground crews.

Also the goverment has given several military bases located in Duniash, Tallarn and the Netherlands Antilles to the IMF, should they want them.
As a last act the Dumpsterdanian goverment will supply funding for all these donated units to function for the next sixty years, we also urge the IMF to call for more funding should it be required.

I would be honored to head up this worthwhile undertaking. The Emperor has graciously consented to build a state-of-the-art facility in the Xeraphian province of Torrutseish. This facility would include a pharmaceutical plant, a medical school, and an extensive medical library. Also, the Emperor wishes to bring all who wish to learn about medicine to Torrutseish, whatever their chosen field. The Empire has funds set aside for up to 500 students to live and learn at ViZion PharMedia University, so named for the great nation who piloted this great humanitarian work.
