President Anthony Raymond Wittrock stepped off of Airforce One as he approached for the Presidential podium as he walked on the red velvet carpet the crowd welcomed for his return after their oppressed Fascist government. He stood behind it as he waved with a great smile on his face and began to speak, "People of the United States of Canada, it has been over several months that I last stepped on our homesoil. I left our nation on a State visit to one of our closest allies, the Pure Democracy of Jarridia. Throughout my leave of absense, you, the Canadan people have suffered a great ordeal of Fascist rule. I am so glad to be home!"

The crowd roared with cheer.

"Today, is a day that marks on our historical calendar that Democracy will be restored across our vast land and unite our people together to be strong. We'll place the oppressive regime who led this nation unrespectfully and rejected the feelings and thoughts of the Canadan identity. We'll send humantarian missions to Calgary and give outreach to the people who have suffered a great pain!

"I'll continue to lead this nation in the way that my people want me too, to be once again respected in the West Wood Alliance and restore our relations with foreign nations.

"I am glad to be home!"

The President waved to the audience as the Secret Service split a four foot line through the crowd, shaking peoples hands and giving them a friendly face to see once more.

PM Graves had kind words for President Wittrock upon his return.

"I'm glad to see that President Wittrock has finally returned to his home- a devastated home, yes, but one that can be rebuilt. Just as we shall rebuild our home- The last war was horriffic indeed- thousands upon thousands of Canadians, whether they be soldiers of our army, or the brave fighters who fought to topple the fascists- sacrificed their lives so that we may stand here today.

I would also like to take this time to reach out to our brothers in the USC. Yes, I am aware that there are many rifts between East and West, however, we were both born out of the same democratic spirit in 1867, a spirit which can overcome our differences, and compel us to begin again. I therefore propose the creation of the Canadian Economic Community, to help both our nations recover from the economic damaged sustained by the war.

We have survived four months of the bloodiest fighting in human history. However, the real challenge has just begun. Thank you, and may God bless Canada."
