We the people of the Confederacy of Green Waves in recognizing the need for a regional form to sustain order and guide the development of the region hereby forms The United Nations of the Confederacy of Green Waves. The United Nations of the Confederacy of Green Waves (UNCGW) will include all willing members and will be comprised of 5 sections in which the UNCGW will be operated by;
1.The General Assembly which will be the main body of UNCGW and will provide oversight to the 4 sub committee of the UNCGW.
1.The first committee of the GA is the United Nations Committee on Education Humanitarian and Cultural Dilemmas or UNCEHCD. This committee will deal with;
•The further meant of education for all people of all creeds in The Confederacy of Green Waves,
•The sustain meant of the right to one’s individual culture or way of life,
•The right to live a life free from suffering and ternary for all people.
2.The second committee of the GA is the United Nations Economic and Financial Committee or UNEFC. Which;
•Discusses inter-country economic disputes and conflicts,
•Solves economic crisis’s in countries and regions of the Confederacy,
•Reviews the plight of nations in the Confederacy and organizes financial aide when it sees fit.
3.The third committee of the GA is the United Nations International Disarmament Council or UNIDC. Which deals with;
•Small arms,
•Black market weapons trade,
•Weapons control,
•The control of development of new weapons.
4.The Forth committee of the GA is the Treasury of the UNCGW.
•This committee will be in charge in obtaining funds for the UNCGW from all willing parties.
2.The United Nations of the Confederacy of Green Waves Security Council will deal with all conflicts in the region and the council will have the authority to take action to prevent any conflict or violation of human rights.
a. The council will consist of 9 members with 3 members elected to 2 month terms and 6 members elected to 2 week terms.
i.The 3, 2 month term members will be elected by the GA by a 3/5 majority Which there after the 2 month term members will be elected by the Security Council itself.
1.The 3 members will have veto power over the council but a single veto can be overruled by a 5/7 majority vote in the GA.
ii.The 6, 2 week term members will be elected by the GA as well but they will always be elected by the GA.
b. The Council will be in charge of the UNCGW Peacekeeping force.
As the UNCGW grows so will the demand for other committee’s the GA will be allowed to form new committees as it sees fit.
