My nation is into developing weaponary and defenses. We are seeking donations of any kind (materials, men for labor, money, etc.) to help in the developing a tank... The ideas for the tank can not be shown but send me a telegram if your willing to support me.

Why not sell the blueprints to this said tank to Imperial Puerto Rico, and in return, Imperial Puerto Rico will produce a total of 250 of these said tanks for your nation.
Obviously, your versions will be technologically downgraded from the Imperial Puerto Rican versions.
