Earlier this morning, Blacktower officials declared that they have begun funding for a project idea where the skies the limit... literally. The plan entails several small floating colonies that will be used to house the ever growing population of Blacktower. These "Cities" are said to be of Non- military function. As a gesture of peace Blacktower wishes to inform the international Community that they will be giving regular updates on the project. It has a price tag estimated at 5 Trillion dollars.

How are these Cloud Colonies kept afloat? It seems that would take an awful lot of helium to hold it up.

Anti gravity devices are on the design plan. Excact specifics are still being developed, so we will keep you informed.
(These are similar to Tanthans Floating Fortress. )

If any nations currently have a working Anti-Gravitational Device that would aid in the construction of our own, we would greatly appretiate their assistance. Elevating these massive constructions is proving to be somewhat of a hassle.

we are in desparate need of technology for the Anti-Gravitational drives.
(Perhaps a Future tech nation would like to supply them at a price?)
The Republic of Kyanges does have a viable Anti-grav Technology.
TG me if you are interested.
OOC:
Lol, does Tanthan's awesome "Archangel" base have anything to do with this?
This could be the start of an international trend...
..Who's flying city can fly the highest, who's is the biggest...
...oh no...

lol actually it has little to do with it. We had planned on having floating colonies for awhile, and were close to reveiling our plans when the whole Coalition attack on Tanthan problom occured. Because of this we thought it wise to delay the release until things had calmed down.

Kyanges we have sent you a reply in regards to your tehnology. Please respond to it as we wish to begin development of our own Anti Gravitational Drives.
Also, bump for international attention

The plans state that the city is going to be 1 square mile in area at its surface, and is to be developed in a "multi-level" system. The Civilian Level is on the surface while the Military Level exsists below that. the main body of the city is planned to be 1/6 of a mile at its thickest, not including the Anti-Gravitational drive which will extend well below that, or the buildings on the surface that will extend somewhat higher.
