Method of Application
It's quite simple! Just follow these three steps and you'll soon have a package being sent to your country!
1. Apply. Choose a deal or multiple deals and tell Samtonia about which ones you want.
2. Agree. Come to an agreement with Samtonia over the full details of your package- how many factories, what Samtonia will get for their help, etc...
3. Receive. Just wait for your country to become more powerful around you!

Package includes factory openings in your nation, Samtonian companies and ships beginning to trade with your country, and Favored Trade status for your nation. For an economy that starts out strong and stays that way forever, this is certainly the package for you!

Trade Infrastructure Package
Have the goods but don’t have the means to move them around the world to sell them? No problem! Samtonia Engineering will construct the infrastructure you need to help your economy grow with this package. As railroads begin to snake about your country and your new harbors start receiving foreign ships, you’ll realize what an excellent deal this is! Note- Any infrastructure created by Samtonia Engineering will be considered to be part owned by Samtonia Engineering. All taxes and tariffs thereby invoked do apply.

All Trade Deals Involving Building of Factories/Other Buildings
What You Get:
100% Local Staff in Production Teams;
58% Local Staff in Transportation Sector Teams;
20% Local Staff in Management Teams;
Standard Samtonian benefit packages, including 401(K) plans, pension plans, Comprehensive Health plans, Premium Wages for working in hazardous sector, six weeks pregnancy leave, at least one week paid vacation per worker apply, and homes on company property, to be paid for by a 5% tax on all earnings yearly, until home is paid off;
A free-trade agreement with your nation, with at least 10% of the production output from factories being able to be sold directly to your nation/citizens at all times;
Construction of facilities and surrounding company towns and/or suburbs by Samtonia Engineering, at no cost to you;
Favorable Trade status, which means tariffs between our countries will now drop to around 7% and Samtonian companies will actively start opening up trade with your country and your people.
What we want
At least 25% of all raw materials needed for production in factories be provided by your nation (Of course we will pay for them, however, you need to provide them at a fair price, following International Standards. And yes, this does help you by providing a guaranteed buyer for your raw materials);
Food always to be sold to company and employees at fair prices;
Security guards allowed on-site, weapons to be no greater then APCs and LSAWs. Guards will stay near production and storage facilities;
Taxation rate on all goods produced not to exceed 5% of total manufacturing cost;
Land with factories/dwellings/Misc.Buildings constructed by Samtonian companies to become sovereign property of said Samtonian company. Your country's laws are to apply, but Samtonia will provide upkeep and basic necessities;
The terms of agreement (Tax rates, etc...) are to apply to Samtonian buildings until their sale or destruction by the appropriate owners.
