Lets say hypotheticly I wanted to declare war or invade another country or region? How would I do that? What are the procedures? What do I need to do in order to carry it out? I'd appreciate if you'd be as specific as possible. Thank you, ZhengHe

You need a reason, usually a good one. Say "Your blatant violation of human rights etc etc I declare war." That's humanitarian intervention and it usually works. Then you need to assemble forces against the enemy nation, either ground or naval, but always accompanied by an air element. These forces should have a large logistical/support disposition, as your no longer operating from your home bases, and must transport everything you use in battle [troops, ammo, food, shells, fuel, spare parts] to the new conflict.
You should also have a vague idea of your strategy in the battle - capture of a particular enemy city or region, which would allow you control of a railhead, and thus permit you to move more troops into the war-zone. Pretty much the whole thing is roleplayed. There is no definitive way to conduct a war.
