We propose to purchase 500 Tu-160s to equip our new Air Division of the Strategic Bomb Wing. The Tu-160 will prove a valuable assest to the HAF. Also, we wish to acquire 150 Su-37s, 150 MiG-29s, 70 An-124s and 400 Ka-29s. We would also like to enter negotiations regarding the possible sale of the designs for the Tu-160, so we can enter production of this aircraft. We will transfer payment to Vas Pokhoronim accounts once the order has been confirmed.

Comrade General Titov, your order for
500 Tu-160s
150 Su-37s
150 MiG-29s
70 An-124s
and
400 KA-29s
has been confirmed. We will ship to you what we have in stock (all of the KA-29s and MiGs, a third of the Sukhois, twenty Antonovs, and fifty Tupolevs) and commence production on the balance immediately. With your SocAlComm discount, the total cost will ultimately come to US$105 billion (quite the strategic air force, indeed!). We are willing to share our designs with a fellow SocAlComm Member, of course, and in fact it may be easiest to produce the majority of your Tupolevs in Hrstrovokia itself--to that end, we are sending a group of engineers along with the first shipment, to examine the possibility of manufacturing the aircraft on-site.
If this can be done, we will start negotiating an agreement for exchanging of the designs--you may save eighty billion dollars or so producing the aircraft yourself, but I'm sure there are ways that Hrstrovokia can help the DRVP in an equivalent manner.
For the Victory of Socialism (as our Comrades have so aptly put it).
