Countermeasures:The helicopter countermeasures suite includes an (BESALWR) Advanced Laser Warning Receiver from (BES) Belmen Electrical Sevices. Radar jammer developed by BES as well as infrared jammers. To add to that the BAH-23 has radar warning receivers against pulsed and continuous wave radars and a laser warning detector. The countermeasures dispensing system, which is operated in manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic mode is charged with chaff and flare cartridges. Also I guess the pilots skill level.
