Euroslavia, as a Communist state, harshly condemns this blatant act of human rights abuse, and urges The Parthians to find an alternative way in 'getting rid' of Communists within the nation. The threeTu 160 squadrons soared heavily over the depressing Parthian clouds. Soon there was to be a massacre, and although it was unlikely to stop they would show them the results. By god, they would.

The bomb bays of half of Charlie Squadron opened as Chaff filled the screens of the Parthian Radar.

As they reached enough in range from the shoreline, they unleashed [12 each, 54 bombers] their deadly payloads of Kh 55 missiles, the nuclear capacity removed from them and normal explosives fitted instead.

The missiles slammed into the city on the shore of The Parthians, causing mass damage before the bombers could split off and head for home, escortless. To help them, Foxtrot's chaff was dropped.

The small squadron of bombers flew onwards, two 10 plane squadrons of interceptors flanking them, as they all headed for one target.

The planes flew low over the ocean, leaving a wake behind them as the interceptors flew above and to the side of them.

As soon as they reached the shore, the expected anti-aircraft fire materialized, as the Parthians had apparently expected more attacks after the Hogsweatian bombings.

The bombers and interceptors flew just above the level of the buildings, trying their best to deter any fire, but a few weapons were still fired upon them whenever they were far enough away from civilian buildings.

A single bomber was downed by a SAM as the interceptor's jamming systems failed to stop the missile.

The rest of the planes, now clear of the first line of defense, continued onwards towards their intended target, the site of the communist tortures and executions taking place.

Each plane opened it's bomb bays, some revealing a lethal payload of standard explosive ordanance, other revealing much worse. Napalm.

The bombers would almost certainly kill all the communists unforutunate enough to be inside the stadium, but it would also cleanse the world of untold thousands of Parthians who would almost certainly do acts upon those who followed communism that would easily rival the Holocaust.

The bombers flew over the stadium, attracting attention from the people in the stadium below as what would have appeared to have been an airshow went on overhead as the inteceptors continued dancing their dance of protection around the bombers as the Napalm and Explosives dropped into the Stadium, burning and shredding all those within.

The bombers immediately turned round and gained altitude, heading far above cloud level to keep themselves safe from surface fire as they neared the outer limits of the atmosphere.

The pilot of each bomber and interceptor turned on their radios as they had been instructed to do and listened to the message being broadcast over the airwaves, as the declaration of war was read out to the world.

The radio and television broadcast cut off, returning choice of viewing channel to the extremely shocked citizens of Rinceweed as the full ramifications of what had been said filtered through to them.

Three Longsword bombers escorted by six F/A25 Hounds flew into Hogsweaten airspace, flying at an altitude of 80,000 feet, and a speed of mach 3, making interception almost an impossibility.

At a range of 1,200 miles, the three Longswords each released eight LSLRM-ER-Mk.II SCRAMjet missiles, which would accelerate to a speed of mach ten, and climb to an altitude of 100,000 feet. They would then continue onto their target, the base that launched the bombers, then dive down, nearly doubling their velocity, and come crashing down onto hangers and control towers, using sheer kinetic energy to deliver the damage.

Above Ratheian Airspace

In the darkness of night, hundreds of the worlds finest aircraft speed over the ocean towards the nation of Ratheia. The Lightning Star had briefly fought alongside Ratheia against Hataria, but they had allied with the traitors, so they had to be destroyed. As the planes neared Ratheia, cannon all along the shoreline opened up and fired. Some planes exploded to a fiery death, but most swiftly turned upwards as they fired their missiles at the defences. Fire appeared all over the coastline as the planes went even higher. At about 40,000 feet they spotted Ratheian Planes on their radar. Over a thousand of them. As the Ratheians attacked, they thought that they had snuck up on the Lightning Starians. However, the Lightning Starians quickly descended(sp?) upon the Ratheians, yelling the Lightning Starian Warcry over the open(as in everyone, including the Ratheians) channels, "Zafar!"

As this was happening, the Pakistani Auxiliary Navy appeared on the coast and began to fire upon the shore. Also, 10,000 Lightning Starian Paratroopers landed just beyond the now destroyed shorline defences. As the Lightning Starians move towards the nearest city, they looked overhead at the carnage being waged in the sky.

The Azaad Loog of The Lightning Star offers that Ratheia surrenders to our armed forces. If Ratheia stops this foolish war against Parthia and joins the war against Hogsweat, we shall re-build and pay for all the damage we have caused. The small squadron of bombers flew onwards, two 10 plane squadrons of interceptors flanking them, as they all headed for one target.

"Ok, this is Squadron leader. All bombers, begin your attack run. All interceptors, start jamming. We don't want any of our guys getting taken out. Squadron Leader out."

The planes flew low over the ocean, leaving a wake behind them as the interceptors flew above and to the side of them.

As soon as they reached the shore, the expected anti-aircraft fire materialized, as the Parthians had apparently expected more attacks after the Hogsweatian bombings.

The bombers and interceptors flew just above the level of the buildings, trying their best to deter any fire, but a few weapons were still fired upon them whenever they were far enough away from civilian buildings.

A single bomber was downed by a SAM as the interceptor's jamming systems failed to stop the missile.

The rest of the planes, now clear of the first line of defense, continued onwards towards their intended target, the site of the communist tortures and executions taking place.

Each plane opened it's bomb bays, some revealing a lethal payload of standard explosive ordanance, other revealing much worse. Napalm.

The bombers would almost certainly kill all the communists unforutunate enough to be inside the stadium, but it would also cleanse the world of untold thousands of Parthians who would almost certainly do acts upon those who followed communism that would easily rival the Holocaust.

The bombers flew over the stadium, attracting attention from the people in the stadium below as what would have appeared to have been an airshow went on overhead as the inteceptors continued dancing their dance of protection around the bombers as the Napalm and Explosives dropped into the Stadium, burning and shredding all those within.

The bombers immediately turned round and gained altitude, heading far above cloud level to keep themselves safe from surface fire as they neared the outer limits of the atmosphere.

The pilot of each bomber and interceptor turned on their radios as they had been instructed to do and listened to the message being broadcast over the airwaves, as the declaration of war was read out to the world.

The radio and television broadcast cut off, returning choice of viewing channel to the extremely shocked citizens of Rinceweed as the full ramifications of what had been said filtered through to them.

1. The only effective way to defeat an enemy is to defeat it at home. No matter how many you kill overseas, the damage only counts in the homeland. Plus you beat me? HA! The walls of my cities shall be decorated with the heads of your leaders before this war is over.

2. They werent ALL your defences. I believe that over 500 jets can EASILY destroy 1 km of shoreline defences. And not to mention my guys are currently in battle against your superior numbers.

First off, you realise that I didn't say I WOULD use my space fleet, right? Did you actually READ the post? The only reason I even started saying about the power of my FT forces was because I was told that something that was fully functional in 1959 couldn't exist in Modern Tech.

Second up, you may spend a lot on defense, but by that I assume you mean weapons of war, since saying 'I can hunker down and stop you hurting me' isn't a threat really, but here's the thing. I AM saying that. I DO just spend as much as possible on, quite literally, defense. I CAN just hunker down and blow pretty much anything to smithereens unless you have so much firepower by 'weight of numbers', you mean that you have so many weapons of war that they altogther way about the same as a few neutron stars.

I can, of course, make it that the Sub-Orbital bombers were just dropping standard explosives rather than Atomic Weaponry, but I would also have to do one of two things.

I'd either have to have to make the bombs have ungodly accuracy on that drop so as not to demolish the rest of the city along with it, or i'd have to give them extremely powerful bombs to make sure they still affected the target, although this would turn the REST of the city into rubble at the same time, which wouldn't be much better than Atomics.]

On the same subject, I think it's perfectly fair to boycott and ignore any thread in which immature braying infants like TLS (and Artitsa) are allowed to roam free, disputing everyone else's every post and vomiting their contempt on one and all while making no positive contribution whatsoever.
If this thread continues, and if the Parthians permit it, you can certainly have access to the SocAlComm ResFor with additional Hrstrovokian and Kilwaitey Contingents.

Right now, Parthians, we have an RP that has gone completely off-track. It's been derailed by the numerous arguments and statistical comparisons that have popped up. If this thread is going to continue, I propose either creating two new threads, one for RP and one for OOC, or using this thread for OOC discussion and creating a new RP thread for the actual RP.

Seeing as how this RP has stalled so far, I have undertaken not to participate, merely to observe. With the number of allies bailing from both sides, it has been geared into a roughly 2v2 fight now, unless Hogsweat wishes to bring further nations into this conflict.
