The Draganovian Wolf Arms dealers are looking for countrys who want to start a weapons contract with them, to be eligible for contracts you must meet the following criteria:
You must not be a nation that has commited genocide within recent history
You must not use the weapons against us or our allies
You arent a nation run by a cruel dictator or is run by terriostic rulers
You cannot use these weapons on small defenseless nation
Other then that, you may apply for a contract and then i will go over it and accept it or reject it as i see fit.
