RB City, Egg Nog-Loving Empire of Roach-Busters

Thousands of placard-waving, flag-burning, stone-throwing, profanity spewing citizens paraded through the city, looting stores, breaking windows, overturning cars, and engaging in bloody street fights with police. Long lines of cars stretching for miles honked their horns impatiently as over a dozen nude protesters with obscene paintings on their backs sat down in the middle of the road and began humming, droning, and moaning in an atonal, placid, dull, robotic voice.
A young man with long, shaggy, scruffy blond hair sprinkled liberally with dandruff, wearing a pink jean jacket, skin-tight orange pants, brass knuckles, and a black bandana with a crimson-eyed, fanged skull on the front, screeched in a shrill, blaring voice right in a police officer's ear, "Goddamn you, you f***ing fascist! Your mama gives the time to the mailman and your grandpa eats mongoose s***!"
The police officer stood motionless, without uttering a single protest. He had been trained to exercise extreme restraint.
The young man snapped his fingers, and two huge, hulking, brutish bikers wearing make-up, flowered dresses, and high-heeled shoes staggered over and splashed kerosene onto the police officer's face.
"Grrraugh! You bastards!" he shouted. His hand instinctively darted to his holster to retrieve his revolver.
The young man lit a match and gently, ever so gently touched the officer's face, causing it to burst in a sea of orange flames. He screeched at the top of his lungs as his face, suffused in a blazing inferno of agony, was slowly charred and eaten away. The officer pulled the trigger. A bullet sped through the air, burrowed into the young man's forehead, drizzled the officer in blood, and brought the young man's life to a swift and grisly end. The officer soon collapsed in death, his face black, smoldering, and emitting thick fumes of smoke.
"Don't just stand there, ya idiots, bumrush the fascists!" one of the protesters shouted, and hundreds of hygienically challenged, ill-mannered, radical college students brandishing pitchforks, wrenches, hammers, baseball bats, brooms, crowbars, trash can lids, and mops stormed the police station, crashing through the windows and flailing their weapons wildly, smashing and breaking everything in sight.
A kindly, heavyset, elderly police officer who had eight grandchildren and was just one week away from retirement hurried to the phone to call for reinforcements. He was pummeled to the ground and viciously beaten to death. The foul odor of blood permeated the air.
In the streets, dozens of college students sprayed graffiti, doused themselves in gasoline and publicly immolated themselves, exposed themselves to pedestrians passing by, flung plastic bags filled with human waste at children and the elderly, and jumped up and down on car hoods naked, shouting, "We want elections back! We want elections back! Give us our f***ing democracy, and give it to us NOW!!!!!"
Chaos, anarchy, violence, and combat pervaded every corner of the city, leaving death and destruction in their wake.

Two hours later, with unanimous congressional assent, President J.L. declared martial law.

Most of the police were at home having Thanksgiving dinners with their families. Most of the armed forces are located at bases at least 50 miles from the capital city. Likewise, most of them were having dinner, too. There are at least 300,000 protesters, but because I want this RP to last, please don't send anymore than 10,000 troops.

Actually, we were planning to napalm the streets where the protesters were rioting.

Shocked at this violent protest, the Peoples Republic condemns the irresponsible actions of these protestors where a peaceful campaign would have put the same point across.

We regret, however, that we cannot send any humanitarian aid, but should the soldiers be sent, they could be utilised as temporary labor to help repair goverment buildings. The riots are sort of bad in Little Bangkok. And use any means necessary to suppress them. There is no 'too far,' when it comes to crushing dissent. ;)

After only hours, New Osea Elite Airborne Commandos arrive. After only a few hours, The Commandos Light Armored elements made great cuts into RB City, Retaking the Whole south east side in only 24 hours. Showing no mercy, Any Ooposition was put down with extreme lethality. The ooperation culminated in the surprise airborne assault above, of the Governments Central Buildings, heavily damaged by protesters.

20 Osprey helicopters, and 6 Chinook helicopters belonging to the Overwatch divisions flew over the capital of Roach-Busters. Sporting a Sheriff's star on their sides, they flew in menacingly over the protestors as they zoomed towards the airport.

The leader of the group, Colonel Patel, radioed in to Roach-Busters air control.

"Roach-Busters Air Control, this is Colonel Harold Patel of the Committee of Vigilance's 25th and 26th Tanthanian Overwatch Divisions. We have come to help secure the area, as we have stated......requesting permission to land."

The C-17s began to land on the airfield outside of town. Ramps fell to the ground, allowing hundreds of heavily armed SAVAK paramilitaries, Bradley IFVs, and dissasembled OH-6s and Blackhawks were moving down the ramps. An M-4 command vehicle parked itself near the Roach Busters command post and from the hull, stepped the General Rostam Bahari, minister of Defence.

"Im here to corridinate the attack," said the General as he stepped in.

Hassik watched the skinheads from across the street, laughing and drinking, with their godamn tatoos and ugly assed piercings. He did not perticularly mind the idiots. They were just stupid punkass kids, attaching themselves to a cause in a desperate attempt to be accepted by someone. But the captain, like the emperor, found them unberably annoying, and demanded that they be the primary target. One of them fell down, laughing, drunk blind, and the other two reached down to help him.

"K, go!" yelled Hassik, and the 17 officers poured out of the ally and descended on the skinheads with nightsticks, and began beating them copiously. After beating the poor boys half to death, leaving them with many broken bones and bruises, they looked around for more, and seeing another group of troublemakers, rushed at them in a violent fury, and no one would know they were trained officers but for their uniforms.

We are glad that you have accepted our offer to help you create a secret police departement, and hopefully it will help bring the problematic citzens under control. We have dispatched the officers to our embassy, and will be glad to begin the creation of this force as soon as you like. However, know that this kind of departement requires vast resources to be put to it's disposal. Money, power, soldiers and police must be available to it to operate properly. Hopefully, you will see the benfits of such a goverment branch, and let us work with you on its creation as a new priority.
