The Peoples' Republic of Grosse Gewehren would like to create a trade pact between socialist, and communist, nations for trading any excess uranium or plutonium (any grade, including weapons grade and pre-manufactured depleated uranium rounds).
Any nation with any intreast in this pact but wants to know more should send Grosse Gewehren's president (i.e. me) a telegram, anyone intreasted in trading low-priced goods should post what goods they are willing to sell.
This is a CCH (http://www.freewebs.com/grossegewehren/CCH/CCH.htm) backed trade agreement (anyone intreasted in goining the CCH can, but they must NOT be a UN member).
Note: 1 blei ≈ €1
The Constitutional Monarchy of Pergast, whilst not avidly communist, is willing to trade it's surplus uranium ore and/or enriched uranium at market value.

Im wiling to give away 10 tonnes of uranium un-used because of the fall of the Notepad Dear Combustion Empire Region.
It fell down after a war between this country who liked sheep and all the other countrys in the NDC. I used to be a member but was neutral, my country was however damaged because of the war :mad:

Our nation is proudly socialist and would be honored to have a trade pact with Grosse Gewehren. However, we do not trade heavily in uranium or plutonium. If interested, we can always work out another means of trade between our two nations.

The Idea is that it is NOT market price, but at a very low fee!
How, pray, do you intend to attract partners? If you offered more than others then there would be an obvious incentive for other nations to offer their goods to you, but seeing as we can get a better price elsewhere Pergast withdraws it's offer.

I plan to formalize a trade agreement with communist and socialist countries who would rather trade with non-capitalist countries and also to pay for other countries to unload any excess radioactive materials that would otherwise be sitting in a warehouse in the middle of nowhere.
