The Armed Republic of Sharbsburg has invaded Divisia. They claim to have the intention of bringing socialism to Divisia "for Divisia's own good." The majority of Divisians hate socialism and love their government. We request any foreign support until we gather our military strength.

Two of them hit the National Treasury building, killing the Secretary of the Treasury. Another two hit the Defense Ministry, setting it ablaze. Another missile struck the main hospital, killing 38 civilians. Others landed on other military and government buildings."

The people of Quitos finds the actions of the nation of Sharpsbrug against Divisia unwarranted and malicious. Though we have minimal military forces to spare and our technology is reserved under Quitos' Military Technology Protection Act, we are willing to send in supplies and aid workers.

It would be greatly appreciated if Quitos aid workers are placed in non-combatant areas.

The six hundred cruise missiles roared over the atmosphere. They contained experimental warheads, designed to spread lethal VX Nerve gas over the capital, killing thousands if not millions. Their HAS-MAT read-out system and speed made them extremely hard to shoot-down. This truly would be a night of slaughter.....

James Sheridan slowly sipped his coffee while reading the script of the next news show. Still hot.

Quick-paced footsteps brought his gaze up from the papers in front of him. Timothy Walkers burst into his office. "Sir..." he stammered out.

James' face turned a bright red, "This isn't a f***ing icecream social, Timmy. Knock before you come in. I've got a show in 15 mins."

Timothy swallowed heavily and tried to catch his breath. "But sir, Dimmimar just made an international declaration..."

James' eyes widened. Slamming his coffee mug on the table he stood up and demanded, "What!? What did they say?"

Timothy look James straight in the eye. "Dimmimaran missiles were targeted into the Sharpsbergian capital, parachute regiments are ready to jump to control the capital."

James practically flew out of his office. "Listen up ladies!" he yelled into the newsroom. "We're going on air A S A P. Dimmimar has officially declared war upon Sharpsburg. We've got direct reports of missiles being fired and parachute regiments being deployed in their capital. Now I want us to be the first and the best newsroom with this information so you all better get moving!"

Timothy stumbled out behind James, "And Divisia has reported firing cruise missiles and initiating bombing over the capital as well."

James turned around. "Do the Dimmimar paratroopers know about that?" James asked astonished.

Timothy replied grimly, "We can only find out."

Although Divisia is extremly angry at Sharpsburg, we don't want to impose harsh terms upon him. Please give me some suggestions on terms that are punishing, but no too harsh.

Right now, numbers are indefinite while it is assured that the death toll and injured rate in Sharpsburg rising drammatically due to the retaliations set forth by Divisia and Dimmimar. Reports of nearby nation Falcania's involvement are still unconfirmed though launch protocols for much of Falcania's airforce has been administered.

Disturbing claims have come in that Dimmimar is equipping its mass destruction weapons. It is still unknown at this point if they are willing to use such power in this conflict though many have speculated that this threat might be just to force the nation of Sharpsburg into an unconditional surrender.

On a related note, Lord Protector Saint Neurion has ordered the extraction of Quiton citizens from all the warring nations.

The Protectorate of Quitos is willing to be a mediator on the side of Sharpsburg to ensure more fair judgement of war crimes and actions of governments during this conflict. Our only condition is that the government of Sharpsburg allow trained Quiton professionals access to Sharpsburg government documents in the interest of preventing more incidents like the ones suffered during this recent time.

The Therocracy of Pacpomarnacki agrees with Quitos, an end to the hostilities should be brought about and a 3rd party should sort out this most unfortunate situation.

While the Divisian government licks it's wounds, an extremly intense battle is being raged on the outskirts of the Sharpsburgese capital. 250 Divisian Abrams tanks supported by 6,000 infantry, 50 AH-64 Apache helicopters, and 2,000 artillary batteries, are pushing into the capital. As a last ditch effort, Sharpsburg has launched 50 cruise missiles against Divisian government complexes and military installations. The Presidential Palace has be hit by one cruise missile, causing minor damage, no injuries. 29 others struck the Labor Ministry, Health Ministry, and the State Department. The remaining 20 struck military installations in and around Divisia City. Casualties are in the hundreds."

I herby agree to go to the negotiation table with Divisia and Dimmimar.

I recommend that talks be held in Divisia, for security and purposes of national interest.

uhhh... being a university student, I have a class in 13 mins and I don't get out for another 3 hours. At the rate this RP is moving, it'll probably be over before I get back. I appreciate the offer, but I think it's an impossibility for Quitos to accept that responsibility.

Exactly Four Minutes And Fifty-Nine Seconds Later, The Presidental Palace, Lastinigrad, Lastinia
The President enters the room, escorted by two guards in golden-tasseled ceremonial uniforms, their pistols drawn. A man in a black suit and tie is at the conference table. The President pulls out a key. The man at the table also pulls out a key. The President presses a button and a console comes up from the table. They both put their keys in. The man presses a button and a blue screen comes on. He presses a button. He then steps back and nods at the President. The President, in his blue suit, nods as well. The two guards open the door and Kwasnewski leaves.

The Capital Of Sharpsburg, Roughly Two and A Half Minutes Later
Scores of cruise missiles, equipped with anti-radar chips, made like a cruise missile version of a Stealth Bomber, pincushion the city. Followed by a neutron bomb, causing huge damage to the city. The final weapon appears in the sky. It seems like the apocalypse to the citizens of Sharpsburg. It is not a nuke, but it is what Kwasnewski had been hiding from the world for years. As it hit the city, pebbles were fired, going in every direction. Followed by tongues of fire. Finally, to finish off the city, flows of molten lead, arsenic and silver slosh forth.

I've had enough of this war! My country is devastated, over 3 strong nations are at war with me. I formally surrender to Divisia.

Hoorah! I accept your surrender and am sorry for any carnage I may have caused. But I really wanted to test that weapon.
