Just several hours ago parliament passed a resoolution allowing the development of Nuclear weapons including ICBMs this was voted on by 3/4 of parliament just over 2 hours ago.

All develoment, research, and creation will begin within th completion of our ICBM base wich will be completed wuthin the next 2 hours and all nuclear activities will begin immediatly

The United Socialist States of Comunisticturkey wishes that no force or hostility be shown to us for this will be dealt with diplomaticly of militarily immediatly.

OOC: Its normally accepted that you need to be a month old before having WMDs.

(OOC: No, it isn't. Of course, the nation in hand isn't really in a fit state to have a very successful ICBM programme right now, and certainly doesn't have the resources to support an active arsenal or probably to develop such things, but there's no reason that they can't start.)
