"This is General Aleksandr Batov of the Committee of Vigilance. We are a private, non-governmental military organization dedicated to helping nations in need preserve law and order, and defend themselves from the bandits and lawless thugs that plague the modern world. If there is trouble, or a problem you need solve, WE WILL SOLVE IT."
"We recognize were are not the first group to proclaim these ideals. However, in an age of rising terrorism, aggression, and civil strife, we of the Committee
of Vigilance are genuinely committed to help any state that calls upon us to help defend itself."
"Our men, whether regular, Airmobile, Engineer, or any other type of soldier are trained to have at least a Special Forces level or higher standard of training. They have been rigorously trained in our bases all across the world, be they the tundra of Alaska or the jungles of Nicaragua. They are well versed in their respective fields, and our intense training programs create men that are superior in quality to most other private military forces."
"In order to better provide service to you, we humbly ask for volunteers. Please see here for more details, and submit all applications here. (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=375419)."
"Our Board of Selectmen has deemed us ready to go public, and offer our services."
"Here are our fees. Peacetime/National Defense indicates usage for domestic defense, and for internal security. Combat indicates active combat against enemy forces, be they rival interior factions, foreign powers or a terrorist group. Any nation based in Africa currently facing threats to law and order from within and without will get a 10% discount as part of our adoption of Dornalia's 'Napoleon-Lew Doctrine'. All decisions will be left to the Board for final judgment:"
