At roughly 5:43 PM, NeoColony-4 eastern sector standard time, several boats were sunk by unknown forces. Three civilian ships, along with one of the unarmed carriers, which was sent to retrieve supplies. When these ships crossed away from roughly 50 miles away from the shoreline, they were sunk from a synchronized attack from an air strike, a believed to be artillery strike, and possibly, other armed ships. The hostiles equipment didn't have a close enough examination, so it was impossible to tell what country or force they were from.
The attack was seemingly unprovoked, because all the NeoColony-4 ships were unarmed. NeoColony-4's representative Council is willing to declare open war upon those who claim responsibility for the attack.
