A speech from the new tyrant of the Oppressed Peoples, Papirini, signals that they will attack any and every nation they feel to be a threat.

"Our people are the chosen people of the great world," the young queen's voice boomed in a speech after the murder of the last tyrant, the king Fortu. "As queen, our enemies shall know that I am serious, and that their land belongs to us."

In response, the government has begun a crackdown on enemies inside the state, and has started restricting freedoms and rights.

Many have fled, but most stay. "I'd rather be safe, and attack everyone else, than be free," one person said under anonymity.

The government of My Fanfics has already compiled a list of countries considered for expansion and for destruction. Numerous attenpts to find this list have been rebutted, but it is supposed that several hundred nations are on the list.

Are you saying that our land belongs to you!?

The Queen of My Fanfics refuses to speak as to which nations are on her list. However, she promises "swift action" against a nation within the next week.

"The armies are mobilized." She said. "We are ready to strike."

A message from the supreme ruler of the Empire of Risban, Emperor Robinson Antares Scorpius, arrives for the queen.
"Greetings, Queen Paprini. We have just heard your intentions and find them to be a ambitious, yet premature. I have recently taken control of Risban by a coup d'etat, overthrowing Julius Graffia. I executed him and his top Loyalists thismorning; thus my interst in your nation and its ambitions. I strongly suggest building up your military, diplomatic relations, and population before marching on such a crusade. If you wouldn't mind, my Foreign Affairs Minister would like to build a Risban Embassy within your nation's borders, and I would further like to discuss this matter with you in person.

The Queen extends her interest of a Risban Embassy. "They are not enemies," she stated after the official telegram came. "They have never been our enemy."

The list, however, remains a secret. The amount of men in her army is unknown.

Upon hearing this, the Risban Imperial High Minister of Foreign Affairs responds.
"The Emperor is most gracious for this. Shall I come to My Fanfics? I can speak with either you or an official on all the minor details. Emperor Scorpius apologizes for not being able to come himself, but he is currently dealing with the nation of Casana's revolution in the Carribean sea. Once he has finished going over some current details, he will be most happy to come and discuss things with you.

This apparent policy of aggression is most unfortunate. Your young nation should establish itself before making too many enemies. With that said, any military incursion into Shanagolian or our allies' territory will be dealt with swiftly. Good day.

Several hours later, Alexander Perkins, Minister of the Risban Imperial Foreign Affairs, arrived in the nation of My Fanfics via jet. With him were two other Risban ambassadors, as well as a small group of fifteen Imperial High Guards, led by Colonel Antonin Steele.
Perkins and his entourage exited the Risban Jet. "Colonel, inform the Emperor that we arrived in My Fanfics with no problems," order the Foreign Affairs Minister.
"Yes, sir." The Colonel called the Imperial Palace of Risban and gave them an update.
Perkins glanced around. "Hmm..."

Papirini's ambassadors welcomed Perkins with a message:

"We have already begun an attack. Papirini is overseeing it as we speak. We apologize for her absence."

"I see. Might we inquire as to whom she is attacking?" asked the Minister of Foreign Affairs curiously.

"They are the country of Glogenschut Herman."

Alexander Perkins frowned slightly. From what he understood, Glogenschut Herman was nearly a pacifist nation. But, he didn't care. Risban had no interest in Glogenschut Herman's affairs.
"I see. Well, whom may I speak with about My Fancifs/Risban relations?" asked Perkins.

The Mind has found your motives to be lacking and will mobilize. If this tyrant does not stop then we have no choice but to take the life of sentients. It will be a sad day.

Steele was a smart man; he recognized things quite easily. He warned Perkins of his idea of what was going to happen.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs nodded understandingly. He contacted the ambassadors. "We regret to inform you that we must withdraw back to Risban. However, we strongly encourage the queen to come visit Risban as soon as possible."
That said, the Imperials boarded their plane and left.

His Excellency, the Emperor of Novus Arcadia has requested me to make clear to Her Grace, the Queen of Fanfics that the Arcadian Empire should not be viewed as a threat to the newly-established dominion, and that peaceful negotiations are essential to maintaining peace between our two nations.

While on a path of successful expansion, His Imperial Majesty does not wish to provoke hostility against the Empire. In the spirit of friendship and cooperation, I end this message.

However, her claim of territory still stands, as she shows historical documents proving that a small strip of land which currently belongs to the country in question did in fact belong to My Fanfics a few centuries ago. However, the previous regimes had not the strength to get them back.

Personal Message to the Queen of My Fanfics

I greet you as one leader of a Nation to Another, yet however strange the turn of events may be. I see that you are a very hostile Nation, although young and growing, the Allied Republics, and I, care for you. Intern, Anagonia cannot truly support you unless we understand why you do this.

My Fanfics is doing this redress the many wrongs done to it throughout history. The many overthrows and grave territorial grabs which have plagued our people.

Is it not right to take back what is rightfully ours?

The Queen of My Fanfics accepts the Risban diplomatic withdrawl. She believes it would be most unfortunate.

Risban does not wish to withdraw diplomatically; our offers still stand. However, at the current time, we believe that anyone we placed within your nation's borders may be in danger. Thus, we merely withdrew our ambassadors.
