President Spencer, after being approved by Congress, signed a law this morning, that would completely overhaul the nations intelligence program. This law creates a new Director of National Intelligence, as well as a new Anti-terrorism Agency for combating and preventing terrorist attacks like those on November 5, 2004, along with some other measures.

STATEMENT FROM PRESIDENT SPENCER:

This morning, I signed a law to increase the accuracy of our nation's intelligence. After the attacks on November 5, we realized that our intelligence needed to be refreshed, in order to prevent, deter, and better combat terrorism. Make no mistake, The United States of Wyattland will do everything in its power, to disarm terrorists and their harbourers and funding for good. We ask the rest of the United Nations to join Wyattland in condemning terrorism in all its forms.
