Sirs,

I have been asked to inform you that the Admiralty wishes to hold joint exercises in both the Mediteranean Sea(sp?) and the North Atlantic Ocean. Precise co-ordinates are available at request, they will be held roughly 200 miles west of the Gibraltar Straights at 10W/36N for the North Atlantic Navigation Exercise, NANE, and 75 miles south of the Balearics at 02E/37N for the Joint Operations Exercise (Mediteranean), JOE(M).

Any forces you wish to send to JOE will have to be sailed through the Suez Canal given the delicate situation currently surrounding the Gibraltar straights. These exercises will be held in approximately four days time. We sincerely hope you can attend.

As per our arrangement USIH warships shall be taking part in both exercises.

7th Fleet in the North Atlantic is moving to the location as we speak, whilst the Med Fleet (4th) is awaiting other alliance vessels at the head of the Suez Canal before proceeding to the exercise area.

The Credonian 422nd Carrier Division currently stationed in DT will be participating in these excersizes. Orders will be transmitted to them once they put out to sea in a couple hours. We request exact coordinates be sent to Credonian Warheadquarters in Credonia City, Credonia at your earliest convienence. Thank you.
