Yes, the LWA has been inactive for longer than I can remember, and since I recently moved regions (my new one is one I created called New Liberal Hope) I suppose it's time to make this thing happen.
The LWA is now listed on the Official List of Alliances!!!

I. Trade!
Since trade is one of the purposes of the LWA, Random Kingdom believes it's time to establish trade routes and embassies. RK will establish embassies and receive any, and our speciality is IT. (We need anything a poor economical country may need, like construction materials, SPAM (tm) and rubber chickens. Just kidding on the last two, BTW.
II. Mutual Defense!
There have been informal declarations of war by RK on North Shetlands and Alexaander, and one declaration by Alexaander on RK. (Last time he also declared war on UberDisco, but the war dissolved) Nothing to worry yourselves about ATM, but if this war becomes official and unignored, then we will talk.
III. RK Venue!
Random Kingdom had to abandon its venue project because of ICBM attacks on the capital. However, the same project is being resumed in the new capital of New Hope.
Current venues:
An under-construction compound in New Hope, Random Kingdom.
A curry house on Pluto, c/o EL CID THE HERO
Ashibot's Great Hall of Draventarden
Red Wales' University of Wales' Grand Conference Hall, Cardiff.
