Ok...so can I create a nation Called Hamanistan Terrorist Organzation and like say its a rebel group within Hamanistan. Which means I'm asking if I can ignore the population of Hamanistan Terrorist Organzation and use any numbers I want.

As in the Terrorist stole 786 Tanks from me. So they get that many regardless of population. Of course there will also be rebel troops that come from my nation. So can I do that and ignore the numbers without being called a godmoder?

Also I would like to create the Hamanistan CIA which will do covert ops in other nations. Which means I ignore the CIA nation numbers to and use what I give them from Hamanistan. Can I do this?

[OOC: I would accept it, if the numbers were not so wild, however, I wouldn't make new NationStates on the sole basis of making this organizations, they should be a part of Hamanistan, and should be roleplayed as such.]

Right, you don’t have to have a new nation to represent a group within your nation, just simply RP out that it exists.

That way, you can use any realistic numbers you want for it, give it a better story, and not have to worry about keeping track of its economy, and daily issues.
