ARNC(Akin Republics News Channel)- Earlier this month, the president and his cabinet and many advisors consolidated, and debated on an issue that could be one of the most important issues that has ever come up, in the relatively short history of the Akin Republics. A bill was purposed to have each region governed by their own council. The vice president Grigor Zhukov, supposedly expressed his extreme concern about this law, saying today it was this, tommorrow they will want independence. However, due to his love of democracy, the president sided with the bill, and it was passed. Since the passing of this bill, there has been a tremendous uproar in sectionalism, and the Leader fears this may lead to an end result of a civil war. The leader appeared this afternoon to make a public statement. "I will not let the Akin republics be spit apart by this threat of civil war. As our armies are ill equiped we will begin mobilizing immediately, so that we shall be prepared, and if and when the time comes, we will crush any, and all rebels." Update- December should be a time of celebration and relaxation. But not this year. As feared, the regions of the akin republics have decided that they would do best in governing themselves, because "their regions have specific needs that people from other regions cannot possibly comprehend." The country is divided into North AR, which includes the government, and which is against the secession, east AR, and west AR, who have formed an alliance to defeat the North together in case of an attack. South AR seems to be still with the the regular government of the Akins Republic.
