The SS-2 DART Mobile Short Range Ballistic Missile is widely used in the Phoenix milita for high risk targets (non-wmd warheads of course).The SS-2 can provide tactical nuclear capabilty on the battlefield, as well as serve as a sort of all-weather extreme range artillery, providing pinpoint gps strikes, without having to risk aircraft.

The hatchet cruise missile(MOD1) is a super sonic, anti ship/land cruise missile designed to replace the tomahawk on or surface fleets. It also can be air-launched from large aircraft such as bombers.
The hatchet's attack speed is classifed but it is assumed to high supersonic since it utilizes scram jets.(actual speed is Mach 6.5)

BGM-6 BattleAxe Cruise Missile

The Battle Axe cruise missile is a super sonic, anti ship/land cruise missile designed to supplement the hatchet on our surface fleets. It also can be air-launched from large aircraft such as bombers. The Batle Axe has 2 versions, an anti-ship/bunker-busting version, which has an armor piercing tip, and the standard version.
The hatchet's attack speed is classifed but it is assumed to high supersonic since it utilizes ram jets.(actual speed is Mach 5.8) It's range is nearly 1,000 nautical miles.
