Dear sirs:

After testing and field trials, we have found the J-Jeep to be an excellent vehicle and would like to order 5,000 of each variant except the medical version. We have also determined that with only a slight modification related to a strengthing of the roll bar mounts, the tank hunter version can be equipped with stinger or patriot missiles for anti-aircraft use as well. It is primarily this easy modification that has led to to this addtional order for 15,000 J-Jeeps. Funds have been placed in escrow and will be released upon confirmation of the order.
However, we have determined that our own vehicle, the Ferret (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=356996) handles our other needs at this time. You may wish to note though that in our tests the M11-A and M10-B Recon Speeders, apparantly due to the added weight occasioned by their enclosed design, had difficulty in rough seas when operating in amphibious capacities. It appears that the slope of their nose is too low as we had serious problems with large swells and waves causes the vehicles to "dig under" the water. We would suggest a redesign of the front end of the craft if they are truly intended to be used amphibiously in anything but a calm lake or short run to a beach during an invasion.

Respectfully,
General Jack T. Ripper

Stinger missiles can be easily added..... but you do realize a patriot missile is over 17 feet long, which is longer than the actual J-JEEP its self. And the back blast from the patroit would be quite intense......maybe knocking it over if fired...
The amphibous capability was intended for tactical river crossing and "short runs to a beach" not ocean going operations :(

Order confirmed.

OOPS, my error, I meant Javelin missiles, not Patriot (to many missiles to remember :) ) Thank you for confirming our order, the funds have been released to you. Please note also that for tactical river crossing and "short runs to the beach" the M11-A and M10-B are fine and our notation of problems with the amphibious capabilities were not meant as a denegration of the vehicles, only as a note on the limits of their capabilities. So don't be :(

Thanks,
Sincerely,
