Range: 480 km
Armament: 1x12.7mm mg, 1x7.62mm mg
This is a lengthened M113 with a light enclosed turret and a number of other improvements. The increased length means that despite the turret, the troop capacity hasn’t diminished. However, the vehicle gains 4000 kg in weight, which makes it a little too heavy for some operations, especially with the C-130, though it’s still airdroppable thanks to improved suspension. The lengthening has also increased performance, providing better control and reduced ground pressure, even when factoring in the additional weight. There’s also provisions for additional armor to be added, providing significant protection, giving it the same protection as the M2A2 Bradley.
Cost: $700,000

I can do the math if you want, but I need to know exactly which ones you desire. In several instances (F-22, F-16, Stinger, Truck, and Abrams), I listed multiple options. In those cases, I need to know which of the units (or combination if more than one are selected) you desire. Otherwise, there's know way of knowing exactly what you want.

Okay, including the M2A3 Bradleys, which I forgot to list, this comes to $419.206 billion.
Now, this assumes that you want the full package for the F-16 and F-22 aircraft. If you want just the aircraft without the support equipment, it will be $116 billion less ($303.206).
Additionally, I only received requests for Stinger missiles. If you require launchers, they will be $120,000 each.

Sorry for the delay here. Kind of forgot that my origianl post didn't go through.

I do have things that are at least comparable to most of the Soviet units you desire, though there are naturally some differences.
On the issue of Stingers, I'm delivering 1 launcher for every 10 missiles, for a total of of $6 billion additional.
As for those units:

2000 SU-37 superflanker fighter/bombers
1000 SU-34 medium bombers

F-15SJ Super Eagle

Maximum Weight: 32,000 kg
Maximum Speed: Mach 2.8 (2978 km/h)
Range: 6000 km ferry
Armament: 1x20mm cannon w/ 940 rounds, 9xHard point for 11,500 kg
Yet another Smoke Jaguar improvement of an aging bird. This aircraft boasts the same basic capabilities of the F-15E Strike Eagle, but with improved speed, agility, payload, range, and avionics.
Cost: $60 million ($110 million)

F-15E Strike Eagle
Crew: 2
Maximum Weight: 30,840 kg
Maximum Speed: Mach 2.5 (2660 km/h)
Range: 5745 km ferry
Armament: 1x20mm cannon w/ 940 rounds, 9xHard point for 11,111 kg
A reworking of the F-15 Eagle for the ground attack role. It still possesses good air-to-air combat abilities, but is also one of the most powerful heavy strike aircraft in existence. Indeed, only heavy and some medium bombers have greater payloads.
Cost: $50 million ($90 million)

300 TU-160 bombers

Armor: 12-22.5” Belt, 14” Deck, 26.5” Turret Face, 15” Turret Side, 23” Conning Tower
Crew: 1692 + provisions for 800 transients (1008 surge)
A large, modern multirole battleship. It’s designed to take an extreme amount of punishment, and its extensive armor allows it to withstand hits from virtually any conventional cruise missile, as well as most heavy naval guns. In addition, its torpedo belts and hull compartments allow it to withstand several hits from even 25.6” torpedoes. The primary armament of the battleship is three triple 16”/58 calibre gun turrets. Due to improved shell design and a lengthened barrel, these boast a significant increase in both range and penetration over the 16”/50 calibre guns of the Iowa Class. Backing up the 16” guns are eight twin 5”/62 calibre guns. These are the same advanced 5” guns that fire the ERGM and are being used for upgrading US destroyers, though in a twin mount as opposed to the single ones of smaller vessels. The centerpieces of the design, however, are the 160 VLS cells placed in several batches along the ship. These can fire a wide range of missiles for engaging any type of target, and are tied to, among other systems, a full AEGIS suite, allowing for SM-2 SAMs to be launched. Defense is provided by 4 CIWS guns, 4 antimissile missile launchers, and our new point defense laser system (AMFEL). The ship has hangars for 6 SH-60 helicopters. Nominally, these are SH-60F Seahawks to provide ASW support, though at least one is usually an SH-60B LAMPS III, which takes advantage of the LAMPS package to act as a spotter for long-range weapon systems. Due to its load, the Toryu can engage in air defense ASuW, and bombardment operations with ease. It also has facilities for refueling other ships while underway, and has the capability to accommodate up to 1000 troops and large amounts of supplies. ASW capabilities, however, are somewhat limited.
There is also a variant with the CIRRUS fire control system and capability for NADSAM missiles available.
Cost: $4.9 billion, $5.5 billion (w/ CIRRUS)

This is little more than a Hiro Nobunaga with a conventional power plant instead of a nuclear one. Other than that, it's pretty much the same ship.
Cost: $3.2 billion

30 typhoon class SSBN submarines
We have one, but we don't sell nuclear weapons or dedicated nuclear delivery systems. I will say, however, that the Ohio is both quieter and more powerful than the Typhoon, the latter due to better warhead technology on the D-5.

800,000 C7A1 Assault rifles (preferably with M203 granade launcher attachments)

AR-78 “Flashback” Assault Rifle
Caliber: 6.35x52mm SRC
Weight: 3.8 kg empty, 5 kg w/ grenade launcher and FCS
Length: 726mm
Barrel: 412mm
Magazine: 30 round detachable box
Rate of Fire: 600 round per minute
Effective Range: 500m
This is a new rifle chambered for the new 6.35mm (.250 cal) ammunition. The new round gives this weapon better range and hitting power than the standard 5.56mm rounds, while avoiding the size, weight, and recoil of the heavier 7.62mm. The weapon itself is a modular bullpup design featuing several positions for snapping on add-on kits, including grenade launchers, sights, computer systems, and a bayonet.
Cost: $1000 for base rifle. $6000 w/ all add-ons included

G36A5 assault rifle
Caliber: 5.56x45mm NATO
Weight: 3.3 kg empty
Length (stock closed / extended): 758 / 998 mm
Barrel length: 480 mm
Rate of fire: 750 rounds per minute
Magazine capacity: 30 rounds
Effective range: 750 m
A good assault rifle. Though not overly exceptional, it is a strong performer and, taking a cue from the R4, includes accessories like a compass and a can opener - the latter to prevent soldiers from using certain precision parts for that purpose.
Cost: $850, $5000 w/ all add ons

400,000 AN-94 Assault rifles

AR-82 Assault Rifle
Caliber: 5.56x45mm NATO, 5.45x39mm Soviet, or 6.35x52mm SRC
Weight: 3.85 kg w/o magazine
Length: 943mm
Barrel: 405mm
Magazine: 30 round detachable box
Rate of Fire: 1800 rounds per minute in 2-round burst, 600 rounds per minute normal
Effective Range: variable
At first glance, this weapon doesn’t seem especially unique. However, it uses a unique action and firing system that allows for a phenomenally high rate of fire when using 2 round bursts, almost equivalent to that of the more expensive G-11. This high burst rate, like in the G-11, allows the second round to leave the barrel even before the recoil is felt, providing exceptionally tight groupings. Indeed, at 100m, a trained shooter can fire it accurately enough to have the two rounds make a single hole, greatly increasing penetration, stopping power, and lethality. Outside of the 2-round burst, it operates like a standard assault rifle. Variants chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO, 5.45x39mm Soviet, and 6.35x52mm SRC are all available.
Cost: $800

5000 T-90 MBT's

It provides excellent point air defense coverage (out to 3.5 km) with the airbursting AA/HE rounds, and also packs a small load of Sabot rounds for engaging ground targets as well. Finally, a twin launcher for the FIM-92 Stinger can be mounted on each gun. The unit is also quite well protected, being based on a Leopard 1 MBT chassis.
Cost: $4 million

500 MI-24 Hind-D attack helicopters
500 MI-28 Havoc attack helicopters

AH-93A Firemoth
Crew: 2
Combat Weight: 11,818 kg
Speed: 310 km/h
Range: 460km
Armament: 30mm cannon w/ 800 rounds, 4xUnderwing pylon, 2xWingtip rails – 2750 kg max load
Most common load is 16xHellfire (outboard), 38xHydra (inboard), 8xATAS (wingtip)
This is an advanced heavy attack helicopter designed to take advantage of coaxial rotor technology. The coaxial counter-rotating rotor system negates the need for a tail rotor, which is one of the most vulnerable points of most attack helos, and thus increases survivability. Also, because of this, this aircraft is unaffected by wind strength and direction, has an unlimited hovering turn rate, and gives a smaller profile and acoustic signature. The Firemoth is equipped with the Longbow radar of the AH-64D, and is thus capable of launching the "fire-and-forget" Longbow Hellfire. A more advanced version, using an indigenous missile and fire control system, is reportedly in the works.
Cost: $23.2 million

AH-64D Longbow Apache
Crew: 2
Weight: 10,104 kg
Speed: 276 km/h
Range: 400-450 km (1900 ferry)
Endurance: 189 min max, 150 min typical
Armament: 1x30mm cannon w/ 1200 rounds, 4xHard point @ 2xWing Rail for 1360 kg
A newer version of the Apache helicopter with improved engines and a Longbow Radar. The radar provides targeting information for the Longbow Hellfire missile, which uses a millimeter wave radar instead of the standard laser guidance, and is a true fire-and-forget weapon, allowing the AH-64D to engage multiple targets quickly and without exposing itself to hostile fire.
Cost: $20 million

AH-64A Apache
Crew: 2
Weight: 8005 kg
Speed: 283 km/h
Range: 450-500 km (1900 ferry)
Endurance: 189 min max, 150 min typical
Armament: 1x30mm cannon w/ 1200 rounds, 4xHard point @ 2xWing Rail for 1360 kg
A large, powerful and advanced attack helicopter. It’s heavily armored, and able to withstand light cannon fire, and also boasts an excellent payload unmatched by most other helicopters. The only weakness is one inherent in almost all attack helicopters, and that is that they primary weapon – the Hellfire antitank missile – is laser guided, and the target must be painted by either the launching aircraft, or an air or ground scout for the entire duration of the missile’s flight, or it will almost certainly fail to hit the target. This naturally leaves units vulnerable to return fire while engaging.
Cost: $15.2 million
