The CINN (Chinlanikistan InterNational News) , which was recently outlawed in a flurry of new laws passed last weeked, manages to get a rogue broadcast through. A distorted image of a man appears on the screen

"During the first meeting, Chinlani dictator commited a lot of atrocities, and passed a flurry of cruel laws. Of the new laws passed,

Major laws contain -

Amendment 12: No television or radio not approved by the government will be aired at any time.
Amendment 13: Should a woman leave her home, she will be covered up at all times.
Amendment 16: Any non-Muslim religon will not be tolerated, and anyone practicing any religon but Muslim will be executed.
Amendment 17: Any father who wishes for a son, but instead gets a daughter, will have any final say in what happens to her, whether she lives, dies, or goes up for adoption

The not so major laws include:

Amendment 14: A man will be allowed to marry more than one woman
Amendment 15: Meat is now officially outlawed.

The atrocities commited were the brutal slayings of a Christian family, including Three elders, 4 parents, 3 daughters, and 8 sons. Ranging from ages 2 to 81.
After the dictators advisors disagreed with the walls, he calmly left the room, locked the doors, and set fire to the building
Other random what seems like insane outbursts from the dictator has resulted in ten random murders. more to come.

"Hello. This is CINN, after a few staff changes, were are here to keep you updated on the current crisis. Today, a large armed crowd began opening fire on Government buildings. In order to control the crowds, tanks were brought into the crowd, in an attempt to smother the crowd. Insurgents immediatly opened fire, and a tank exploded, killing five armed citizens. The crowd seems to have been deheartened, and are going home.

"Hello and welcome to the Chinlanikistan International News. Another update on the riots in downtown Farooqe. Insurgents attempted to break into the capital building, but were detained peacefully, and locked up. Their trial is set for next wednsday. In the crowd was Iraqi Civil war veteran Jehe Mosan, his two sons Sadda and Hirod, and two other of Mosans accomplices. Jehe was revered for his heroic actions, but after the war he seemed to have suffered madness, often critisizing and in some cases rebelling against the government he fought to create. We now take you live to the place where Mosan is being held.....Anyone there??"

The cameras switch to the jail, but no reporter is there. Instead a bloodied and battered Jehe Mosan is speaking into the camera

"People of Chinlanikistan! I urge you to do something about our government! We cannot allow this to continue!!! We arent being put on trial, they already killed the others!"

He takes the camera and shows around the jail, what looks like the decapitated bodies of Sadda and Hirod are shown, along with at least fifty other dead bodies. He speaks back into the camera

"You didnt want them to see that did you! You bastard! Your gonna die! Someone is going to kill - *gasp*"

Jehe's eyes grow wide and he drops to the ground, as the cameras shut off.

The raging crowd rushes against the capital building, beating it with anything they can find. Sticks, frying pans, anything large enough to do damage. The pathetic Chinlani military attempts to stop them. They stand in a dreadfully unarranged formation, pointing their Ak-47's at the crowd. The commander speaks up "We order you to stand down and stop what your doing. Return to your homes." A man turns around and shouts back "You know what your defending is wrong! Allah would not want this!!!! We are doing what is right!!!!!" At hearing this, the military opens fire, the unarmed crowd doesnt stand a chance. All 48 people are immediatly killed, or severely wounded. As the soldiers turn around, they find themselves facing almost triple the amount of people, all armed with knives, nightsticks, and other melee weapons. Before they can even open fire, the crowd rushes them from all sides, beating them to their deaths. Among the confusion, the dictator steps outside for a second, unaware what is going on. One of the still living soldiers fires his Ak wildly, hitting anything he can, one bullet hits the dictator square in the chest, knocking him back into his home.


Back on the news..

"Wait. This is just in...the dictator has been shot. How dreadful. Oh what the hell am i kidding, i dont care anymore. I would rather die than lie about what is going on. People of Chinlanikistan, Jehe Mosan wasnt captured, he was murdered. The government is using biological weapons on the riots, along with heavy artillery. I hope to Allah that that bastard is dead."

IC The Alethrian Emperor watched with intrest, before going into a epaleptic fit. The Docter gave him the medican, and turned the TV off. He sighed, the Emperor suffered in pain, but his devotion to the Republic stoped him from retireing. The Docter waited, and when the Emperor woke, put a hand on his shoulder.

"After the dictator of Chinlanikistan was shot last night, wounding him severely, he is expected to live. However, should he live, he would have no power anymore. The Chinlani military has finally come to see the light, and have stopped fighting. Rebuilding efforts are ALREADY in construction. A debate by the leading political and military leaders will discuss how the new government will be headed. Hopefully we can avoid another incident. Also, the stuff we werent allowed to show you on television"

The screen shows images of the cities, which have been almost leveled, in only 3 days. Dead bodies are shown littered throughout the streets, torture dungeons uncovered, and many more horrible images.

"We urge any other nations to help out as much as they can, sending supplies, food, construction materials, anything that can help out"

A CINN Special Report

"After a day of debates, the citizens finally decided how to choose their leader. Not wanting to be so much like the nation they despised and came from, Iraq - which was a full democracy, they chose something else. The citizens will elect a council of twelve members, every 4 years. Every 5 years, the council will elect a ruler. The ruler will have absolute power over everything. However, should the ruler make any wrong decisions, and should the council should unanimously vote against it, and ONLY unanimously, it shall be repealed. Elections will be held in five days, candidates for the council and ruler have been chosen. There are Twenty candidates all together. The first ruler will be chosen by the people themselves. The person who has the most votes will become ruler, and the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelth, and thirteenth place will become the first twelve members of the council. The laws that was passed by the dictator 4 days ago have all been repealed.
In Other news, we are in dire need of supplies. To any nations out there who can spare aid and food to us, would be greatly appriciated."
