The two billionth citizen of the United Empire of Colerica was born today to wealthy parents in the capital city of Zachara. Davik Jaconas was born at the Zachara Imperial Hospital this morning at 2:04 AM. His parents, Mordo Fillern and Cellis Tyrann, are active members of the Imperial Court and are celebrating the birth of their first child. The Emperor, himself, has publically congratulated the proud parents and decreed the new child as "a precious creation that even he [Emperor Thra] was proud of." According to the UEC Magistrate of Population, Byllus Rocamm, young Davik is the two billionth citizen in the United Empire of Colerica.
