General Watson looked over to the Cthulhuan border. He sighed.
"We are going to war against the Chtulhuans? This will be a bloody war. Much like the last one. May the Outer Gods help us."
"Yes, we will need all our strength to defeat them. Order the 2nd Batallion to mover over the border and secure Harrington. Then we can move in our Tanks."
"Sir."
The Anti-Cthulhuan Defense Forces moved across the border. The ACDF's plan was to capture the Cthulhuan border Defenses and use them against Cthulhu, waiting for dissident to rise. If the Cthulhuan border Defenses didn't hold, the ACDF would fall back to their border Defenses. It was impregnable.
The Cthulhuan War had started.
