CATALOG OF UNITS—THE CONFEDERACY OF ARMED MERCENARIES

Infantry Division.


The CAM Infantry Division consists of 2000 combat personnel and 500 support and logistics personnel. The Infantry Division is armed with the M16A2 Assault Rifle, with certain personnel possessing the M203 grenade launcher. Integral artillery support for the Infantry Division consists of several batteries of 88mm Mortars. All Infantry have 2 years of training with officers having 4 years or better.

Marine Division

The first all volunteer unit fielded by CAM, the Marine Division is equipped similarly to the Infantry Division excepting that Marines are specialized in amphibious landings and riverine assaults.


Motor Rifle Division

The CAM Motor Rifle Division consists of 2000 combat personnel and 500 support a logistics personnel. All are equipped with the standard M16A2 rifle, plus the Glock 17 9mm sidearm. The MRD is equipped with 120 2 ½ ton trucks, each capable of transporting 20 fully equipped troopers. The combat backbone of the MRD is its 40 BMP fighting vehicles. With their 30mm cannon and light armor, the BMP can breach common infantry lines with aplomb, allowing lightning thrusts to key strategic positions. Because of transport abilities, the MRDs artillery support is a battery of 10 105mm howitzers.

Heavy Armor Division

The CAM Heavy Armor Division consists of 150 M1A2 Abrams Main Battle Tanks. The MBTs are augmented by 50 Self Propelled Artillery Pieces of 155mm Calibre. Support and Logistics is provided by the 500 support personnel. Equipped with 175 trucks and 25 tank carriers the S&L can make most repairs in the field, often within 12 hours. This efficiency makes the HA deadlier than an unsupported division twice their number. Coupled with their undaunted courage and strenuous training, the HAD is a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield.

Stormtrooper Elite Strike Team

The 40 man Stormtrooper Elite Strike Team is the backbone of any special operations or counterterrorism unit. These volunteers, equipped with the new M19 Rail Gun Assault rifle (with pulsed burst fire for increased accuracy) are far beyond the average infantryman. Their full body armor suits can repel all handgun ammunition, and are equally resistant to 7.62 russian or 5.56 & 7.62 NATO, the most common rounds in the world today. Each trooper is not only perfect physically, but also psychologically sound, equally important in today’s counterterrorism battlefield. These troopers are perfect for the nation on a budget, as they are unparalleled in the commando function. Each SEST comes with 50 Support personnel, equipped with 4 Blackhawk helicopters for infil and exfil.

CAM Fighter Squadron

The CAM Fighter Squadron consists of 24 pilots and 100 support and logistics personnel. The CAM FS is equipped with 12 Mig 29 Air Superiority Fighters, modified to facilitate the ground attack role. All pilots pass a rigorous physical, psychological, and piloting exam at our “Top Gun” school before being assigned to a squadron. The FS can carry a variety of armaments, either NATO or WARSAW PACT, and can be quickly converted at no extra charge to carry the armaments indeginous to the leasing nation.

CAM Combat Air Command Unit

The CACU is the natural supplement to the CAM FS. Operating 4 E-3 Sentry AWACS early warning aircraft, 6 KC-10 Tankers, 2 JSTARS Command and Control Aircraft, and 6 EA-111 Raven Jamming craft the CACU is capable of securing a large portion of airspace in a short amount of time. The airborne command center that the CACU provides can operate 24/7 by swapping out between aircraft and refueling. This gives the generals at headquarters a direct link with the commanders in the field, and visa versa. By decreasing response time, and directing the air forces, the CACU is absolutely necessary for a large scale battle against a modernized oppon

The Confederacy of Armed Mercenaries now has an At A Glance review of our current units and their availibility. This file will ensure that no unit will be leased twice at the same time. it will also ensure that no 2 units are fighting on opposite sides of a war, as this is against both the Charter and good business sense.

I wish to hire the 1st and 2nd Marine divisions, and the 1st Infantry Division for action against DA in that region. I will offer 1 million shalars a month to each division in return for the service, meaning your mercs will rake in 3mil a month total.

The client list is a list of Current Clients and of NonCurrent Clients with which the CAM has good relations. It is against the charter of the CAM to contract with nations for the purpose of attacking members of our client list. Current and Contracted Suppliers are also listed.

As our client list is confedential, you may not request copies. Before contracting for war, post your intended enemy so that their status can be verified.

Attacking a client while contracting our mercenaries is a serious violation and will result in a fine of 20% of the contracted rate, plus blacklistment for 2 (RL) days.

The Confederacy of Armed Mercenaries has just commissioned the 3rd Marine Division, the 6th Infantry Division, and the 2nd Heavy Armored Division. These Units will be available for lease on Nov. 24 (RL).

Naval and Air Units have been trained. Are awaiting deliveries of aircraft and ships to be fully combat capable. These weapons are anticipated within 3(RL)Days

For training purposes Grey Squadron is currently available for lease. Unfortunately you will have to provide aircraft until ours become available.

hello i am President Robert E. Lee with the Confederacy of Norther States, I have a request for the Confederacy of Armed Mercenaries. i wish to know if you have any basic infantry recuits that you wouldn't mind selling. i am offering to pay each one 200,000 pesos every 2 months (pesos are equal to the US dollar) and the are tax exempt, and will have to train constantly. they are goin to be used in rebuliding our Special Forces Battallion: Alpha Squadron.

Just to ensure that I am not GodModing, the Confederacy of Armed Mercenaries has universal male conscription beginning age 14. Combat readiness is at age 18. Therefore a nation of 6 million is easily able to produce 11 divisions @ roughly 3000men each. When our armies advance to better armor, naval, and air equipment then the cycle times for creating a unit will similarly slow down due to expenses

My bad i had a typing error when i typed "sell" didnt catch it in time. ok i will take your offer but i only want 200 of your 2nd Infantry Divison. i will have some vital use for them in Alpha Squadron. When do i pay for the soldiers? also i would like to retro fit them with our newest armor , T51-b Power Armor. Do you mind or do your prefer to use thier own armor? i hope we can make a deal.

As you only need 200 soldiers, we will lease the current roster of 7th Infantry Division to you. It consists of 200 Soldiers 5 officers and 50 support and logistics personell. We prefer to lease units as complete units but we will make some exeptions (the accountants hate it when we lease oddball units).

It is perfectly acceptable, nay, encouraged for you to provide armor weapons or any other equipment to the troops, especially when it is superior.

Your tab will be the original price of 200,000 pesos per month, payable monthly. This covers both combat and training for all soldiers. Upon return you will recieve 1/10 of the paid amount back as a security deposit. Elites cost more because elites tackle more dangerous missions.

Good to do business with you. i have wired the first payment to you. who you like to est a tap in to my accounts to take the yearly payment out of so i dont forget to pay you? also this new metal we have discovered is called Impervium- its an alloy that is pretty much indestructable. WesTek Facilites created it when they made our Power Armor while we were gettin stomped by the R.U.S.A.s heavy mechanized Mammoth Exosuits. this alloy is awesome, when it was first produced the machinst down in the WesTek research lab was goin to cut it. it wouldnt cut. so further data revealed that the alloy formed a crystal barrier round the point of impact more or less "healing itself". plus the new barrier was stronger than the orginal. i gave the order to mass produce the armor in that metal. on the battlefield we where unstopable. the R.U.S.As Forces fell like dominos all the way to Reconstructed Washington D.C. it made our forces of 30,000 seem like 1,000,000 to the R.U.S.A.'s 2million man army. if you would like to purchase the alloy it costs 45,000 per 300 tons. also its as light as aluminum.

We have disarmed some of the rebels, but they are holding out quite strong. I have a vested interest in seeing all of these rebels destroyed. We are very interested in your new rifle. When you complete it please send 40 of them a month instead of your payment of 200,000C. That would be a cost of $5,000 per rifle which we feel is adequate. the project is in its final stages and the rifle is fixin to go mass production by Thursday.
also in early testing of the Pulse Rifle it was named ideal for Special Operations and Marine use due to the 10 milimeter machine gun round. which buy the way is semi armor piercing and delayed explosive tipped coated with Teflon. the standard magazine holds 99 rounds and we will supply you with free ammo. but alas the plasma cannon is about 2 months into protype design.

The first units to recieve them are our new Stormtrooper Elite Strike Teams. We felt that a new weapon should first be tested by the best soldiers before handing it to a lowly infantryman.

heres the specs on our current battle armor T-51b Power Armor


Truly well-rounded and versatile, model T-51b incorporates a wide variety of defensive amenities to handle disturbances both at-home and abroad. The first line of defense is provided by a 10-micron silver ablative coating applied to the armor, which is capable of deflecting laser and radiation emissions without damage to the composite subsurface of the armor. The armor itself, constructed of an advanced poly-laminate composite, is extremely rugged, boasting the impressive ability to absorb a kinetic impact of over 2500 Joules. On top of all this, the suit is self-contained, and has an airtight contaminant-seal with air filters built in to the facemask, rendering all airborne toxins harmless to the user (It is relevant to note that the airtight seal also prevents the user from smelling anything around them). For all the protection a suit of power armor affords, it is relatively light, weighing in at about 42 pounds. The armor is also surprisingly comfortable, being finely constructed to excruciatingly exact specifications, and padded inside for the convenience of the user. According to those lucky enough to posess it, the armor feels like an extension of the user's body.

The Armor operates under nuclear power. A back mounted TX-28 MircoFusion* Pack generates 60,000 watts of power, and each suit of armor is slated for 100 years of use on its initial power supply. The generator is used to power the key functions of the suit, primarily the hydraulic systems.

Built into the frame of every suit of power armor are HiFlo hydraulic systems, arguably the most important component of the suit. Powered by the armor's generator, the HiFlo is a servo-assist hydraulic system which aids the user in movement. Regulated by a systolic motivator, the HiFlo is a key component of the suit's systems. First and foremost is the fact that it magnifies the user's movements, working with the user to bear the burden of moving the suit, and in effect negating the suit's weight on the user. This movment assist also provides for strength beyond that normally capable by the user, with an average weight threshhold increase of about 100 pounds.

Note that if hydraulic fluid is lost, if the systolic motivator goes out, or if the generator goes down, the suit, while maintaining it's protective properties, will be dead weight on the user. Also, like all full body armor, the joints and seals of the suit are more vulnerable to attack.

so far due to the use of Impervium the hydrolic system hasnt failed in battle. and we are workin on a new hydrolic system to ensure that if the joints are hit they are less likely to ruptre or blow. and it has stood up to everything we have thrown at it.

CAM needs your replys to help us improve the quality of our merchandise. Units you would like to field in combat should be posted to us or TGd so we can improve our services proportionately. The existing units are standard, and will still exist, but for more specialized (expensive) units such as naval and bomber/interceptor units, along with prefab terror cells, and improved mechanized infantry, there has to be a market. We are always willing to create custom units, but it takes more time, so we would like to know what you like/dislike so we can make the units in a more timely fashion.
