Grand Poobah Cassius Longarm was reported in good spirits yesterday after what can only be termed as an "Attempted Coup" took place at his administrative center.
According to witnesses, a group of masked men consisting of twelve nazi ideologists and sixteen ku klux klansmen managed to gain entry into Cassius Longarm's establishment with a stolen keycard. They then made their way up to the Grand Poobah's main office, where they attempted to take the Godulan leader captive.
However, the Twelfth One, the vice commander of the Godulan Governate, had arrived shortly before to assist Cassius in establishing trade schedules between Godular and its new ally of Serpantol.
The Twelfth One, who is widely known as a giant walking death machine consisting of twelve feet of heavily armed neutronium steel, immediately brought his two arm-mounted miniguns to bear. The resulting scene could only be characterized as "One-Sided".
Preliminary identification of the Nazi / KKK corpses revealed that they were based in the Principality of the Unfounded, a Godulan colony that has had recent trouble in eliminating rogue elements such as Nazi ideologists and Racial Purification proponents. This event has caused the other three principalities to pool their resources in hunting down the last remnants of these two organizations.
Charged with "Treasonous Conspiracy", the sentence is summary execution for all active members of the participating organizations, and marks the first time that such a charge has actually been leveled.
The reason for the attempted coup is unknown at present time. Authorities stated that they suspect it was due to Godular's consistent suppression of all opposed political parties, combined with the Government's support of "Genetic Consistency", which has led to support of interracial marriages and manipulating genes of all newborns into a particular gene template.
Local Security Commander Torquil Aktar was quoted as saying "They were most likely angered by the fact that the template includes variable skin color. So far, the base color on the new genetically enhanced godulan children appears to be black as obsidian, as the uncontrolled color shift organelles are completely relaxed, thereby displaying the darkest color possible.
"I can tell you right now that white supremacists would think that to be the ultimate insult."
